I am so glad I discovered this pharmacy. There is none better. They are kind, friendly and fast. Walgreens never had the full amount of my prescription so I had to return to the pharmacy 2, 3 sometimes 4 times. There is rarely a wait time at Capital City pharmacy. They even recognize me when I come in.

The entire staff here is exceptional and always goes the extra mile to accommodate my needs. Capital City was recommended to me about 6 years ago and I’ve never looked back after making the switch. My experiences with Cap City Pharmacy have changed how I feel about the process of refilling my medications. What used to be an impersonal and inhuman exchange is now an errand I look forward to. I realize that this positive change is thanks to the cordial, hospitable, respectful and highly efficient service this pharmacy provides. They are the quintessential neighborhood pharmacy that makes you feel like you are part of an extended family.

I don't review many places but I had to jump on and say I miss Midtown/Capital City Pharmacy. My insurance changed so I had to change to CVS and it is a completely different experience.

It's a very sketchy pharmacy. They say they're delivering medication but never show. Refuse to refill medication after they've failed to deliver it multiple times. And I wouldn't be surprised if they are still billing your health insurance for undelivered medication. Stick with CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, ect. Anywhere but here.

I recently moved to the area and was glad to be able to get setup with an independent pharmacy. However, I have now been there to pickup prescriptions twice and both times their staff were not wearing masks! The first time I thought it might be a fluke, that the person forgot. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, when I went in today, three out of four staff were not wearing masks! The person who checked me out put a mask on to come to the register, but that doesn't make any difference -- they are in a small enclosed space together all day. Even if they are all fully vaccinated now, they can still transmit the virus to others. They are healthcare professionals, so they surely know this. In addition, the door to the pharmacy is kept open, so their exhaled air is also wafting through the rest of the building, which has many fragile heart patients and where I go for primary care. I was truly shocked! I will never return to this pharmacy, and I suggest you take your business elsewhere too.

The guy that works there the head pharmacy was rude. He made not so good of comments of my prescription they charge more for the prescription then Kaiser. He had a stuck up attitude very nasty character! Never will I go or recommend to anybody! 0 star ? if it let me !

I have been a customer for close to 10 years and they have the absolute best service that I have ever experienced. They deliver my medication, They have called call me and checked on me when I forgot to request a refill. THEY ARE AMAZING!!! I am so spoiled by their service, no other pharmacy could ever compare. Competent, kind and excellent customer service is a rare gem these days. I absolutely recommend them!?

Clean, super friendly staff. The owners are very knowledgeable when it comes to insurance. They take the time to listen and answer questions. Oh and they deliver! You won’t regret using them as your primary pharmacy.

I've been meaning to write a review on this pharmacy for a while now. I started needing monthly medication 4 years ago. This pharmacy is 30 minutes away from me but my doctor recommended them and I'm so glad he did. My insurance didn't initially cover the monthly medication I needed at the time and the owner here made it work so that I could fill my script early every month to make sure I was never paying out of pocket but still getting my medication filled so I never went without. No other pharmacy has EVER done that! It's not always convenient picking meds up 30 minutes away, but there is piece of mind knowing my meds will always be ready when I need them. And if they're not ready they make sure to start it right away and it's done. I've never waited longer than 5 minutes. Amazing customer service!!

This is the fastest pharmacy in my area and always has my medicine and I never have to wait more that 10 min and it has very friendly people that will help you and contact your doctor right away if there's a problem and will always help you with your insurance or any other problem
