Online they advertise as having a notary public on the entry door to the place it says they have a notary public. Both are lies. they do not have a notary public. All they have is somebody who when I got there to get something notarized was carrying on a 5-minute personal conversation on the phone in some foreign language. I guess they're just too lazy to take the notary advertising off their online ad and their door. I'll never go there for anything

Used this place to return a package to Amazon. They took my package and never sent it to Amazon. Since they did not give me a receipt that they took my package I don't have proof of them even taking my package. Do NOT USE THIS PLACE AS A AMAZON PACKAGE RETURN IF THEY DONT GIVE YOU A RECIEPT.

Excellent customer service at this location. The employees are very knowledgeable and seem happy to help. I had several questions and they addressed all of them. I was at a major chain before coming here. The major chain down the street gave me awful service and acted like my questions were a burden. This is my new go to location for postal & digital conversion needs. Two thumbs up ?? ??

I am handicapped and the gals in there not only provide excellent service but are helpful to me. They provide me with a chair too. The gals are friendly and courteous.

Came to the location to get a passport photo and the man turned me away because he doesn’t trust himself to take the photo. You should take the sign out of your front window if you don’t offer the service all day.

I have lived in this neighborhood for many years, the postal annex is a place you know you will get great customer service, honest answers, informed if there is a better or more economical way to send my package and I can say I can trust the information. That says alot, as not everywhere could I honestly say this. I highly recommend them!

Been coming here since I was a teenager. I used this spot a lot to re-sell books, drop off packages etc. They had a discount for text books and students etc (still might). The Staff for the past 20+ years has always been friendly, courteous, reliable and hardworking. It's a small but cozy shop that works with most if not all shipping services. There is a small section for boxes, packing tape and supplies as well as a drop off zone for ready to ship packages.
