Such a great workout! Steve is knowledgeable, puts together excellent circuits, and makes it fun. And, he has 5 AM classes! I never thought I could get such a comprehensive workout in just 45 minutes. Highly recommend!

I realize now why I wasn't seeing results when I just made up little routines for myself at the gym. There's a lot of thought that goes into sequencing activities. After 6 classes (2 weeks), I can already see a big improvement in my stamina, strength and energy. Super fun and motivating atmosphere with nice people. I never did TRX before and was kind of nervous but honestly, everyone is great and you should just jump in.

I moved to Sac and after trying a few places was invited by a friend to drop into one of the classes...been coming here now 4 years! Steve knows his stuff!! What I love so much is that he teaches correct form and the workouts are functional so they have helped my mobility and me increasing strength for everyday life (no more being winded after a flight of stairs). He also helps tracking progress and gives tips on how to eat based on real life so you can not only maximize results but make lifestyle changes seamlessly. Steve's energy is great and everyone in the classes are fun to workout with. Picking class times is super easy and done right in his app. I can literally join any session time and know it's going to be a fire workout with great vibes all around. I am constantly evolving here and actually seeing results from the workouts!

One of my best investments for myself. Starting the membership was the start of my goal to a healthier lifestyle before I turned 40. I started off by going 5 days in a row my first week to get myself used to getting out of the house. After that, I became a member. I have the well known gyms just around the corner from my house, but I always failed to go because once I felt like I got my money's worth, I always convinced myself not to go to the gym. Also, part of my problem was figuring what exercises to do when I got there. Not with ProCity. Steve has our routines planned out each day. I try to go 3 times a week now, which is about 12 to 15 days a month. Within months, my co-workers have noticed a difference in my body. I had slimmed down and toned up. Many thought I was going to the gym for hours every day, but I would tell them it's only about 45 minutes for 2-3 times a week. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and had to take a break for a few months while I was undergoing a surgery and treatments from April 2021 to August 2021. I slowly returned in September 2021. Steve was so supportive during this time, and did not push me. I have never felt intimidated at ProCity. Many do modifications to the workouts. When I returned, upper body was a bit difficult, but I took it easy and stayed consistent with attending. I noticed that my upper body strength was back by December 2021. I also love that ProCity is a small business, and Steve is often supporting other small businesses. I encourage others to check it out, especially when you've always wanted to try TRX.

I've been a member of lots of different gyms over the years and this is hands down my fave. I've never been stronger and it's a quick in and out 45 minute workout a few times a week. The trainer/owner, Steve, is super cool and we all have a lot of fun during our workouts. If you're looking for a fun place to get strong with minimal time commitment, this is the place.

Best decision you will ever make. Steve is great and works with my limitations. Being heavier set, going to the gym can be uncomfortable and intimidating. I haven't once felt uncomfortable. The exercises vary day to day and he works on giving you alternatives when you can't do a particular exercise. I especially love the evening classes since I'm not morning person.

I’ve done one work out so far and I’m highly impressed. I’ve never have done a session even with a private trainer and have had damn, near every single muscle in my upper arm to my trap hit. I can’t wait to see what my body is going to look like 6 month from now let alone a year. Steve is amazing and I don’t know why I didn’t start sooner but if you live close like I do, drive your first day and don’t walk over…I’m so glad I drove as every muscle was a noddle when we finished.

ProCity has been my go-to fitness studio for over 6 years. Steve provides great structure and variation of effective workouts. The vibe is laidback and welcoming, yet highly motivational and adaptable to your fitness level and goals. Steve is extremely knowledge in all areas of exercise/strength/nutrition. He has safely guided my strength journey through two pregnancies and varying fitness goals over the years.

Great clean environment and the trainer/owner Steve gives you a positive motivated and awesome workouts. My cholesterol was high to the point I was going to have to go on meds. I started my workouts in September by November my numbers went down and my doctor noticed some weight loss. I’m still working towards my goals as I write this. My goal is to get down to 150 and I will by the summer of 2022.

Great place. Steve has me feeling like I want to drop dead, which means THE WORKOUT WAS SUPER GOOD! Hard workout for an old lady like me but...I will be going back for more punishment so I can get toned.

Accountability and motivates you to keep coming back for more. Have seen changes in just the 2 months I’ve been going. Always a different workout and even going 3 times a week I am sore. Steve pushes you to be your best.

This place was on Groupon so I decided to buy a 10 class pass to check it out as I've never done any TRX classes before. I'm so glad I did it because the workouts always gave me a boost of energy. Steve is a really nice and fun trainer. He plays good music to really get you in the zone! There were plenty of workouts I've never done or knew what the names were and it helps that he demonstrates each workout and is there to help you/correct you if you aren't sure. There are morning workouts (5am, 6am) and afternoon workouts (4:45, 5:45, 6:45) so you have plenty of options. It is a little pricey to buy the full membership but I'm glad I got to do a test trial with Groupon! Thanks Steve!

I did my first workout at ProCity Fitness today and loved it- I'll definitely be back! The workout was fun, and I was able to go at my own pace while getting a great workout. I would definitely recommend to others!
