My car needed a desperate oil change and called QT to find out about the price for my oil change. The person on the other side of the call was very helpful providing me with all I needed as well as recommended that I go to their website for coupons. I took my car in first thing Saturday morning arrive before they opened and to my surprise when they finally open, the office clerk/representative at the counter had all the information from my vehicle and was pretty set up to take my car in for service I waited there in the shop For my vehicle, and I was very impressed. By the way she service everyone that called and walked into the store she was very friendly and knowledgeable I can also say I felt the difference in my vehicle as soon as I got in and drove home it feels smoother and runs better Highly Recommended.

Mike is a really nice guy . He’s the guy who can do anything for cheaper and better . Highly recommended and also the girl in the office is nice too she knows how to deal with the customers nicely . Appreciate you guys for everything!

Don't show up 25 minutes before they close and have no one there waiting... they won't smog your car which only take 15 minutes. They would've had 10 minutes to still close up.
