Blood had to be drawn from each hand as my arm veins were not acceptable. The phlebotomist was so gentle and caring as this was not standard procedure.

The lady who took my blood was so gentle with me. She had a great attitude. And I didnt even feel that needle going in or out it was awesome!

Arrived a bit early and went in almost straight away. Not much wait at all!! I almost passed out and the older Filipino Lady that took my blood sample was amazing, she got some water for me, for ice block for me, fanned me down to cool me down, and she was very very nice and patient!!! Love her, she went above and beyond bless her :)

Automated check-in, be sure to have your code or link or QR ready with your smart phone to open check in, no personnel there, then the kiosk needs to scan your Drivers License, Primary Ins (e.g. Medicare), Secondary ins (e.g. HealthNet) all cards both front and back before finishing check-in, they ask if you will wait in Quest Waiting Room or outside, your name is posted overhead to show you're actually checked in. No human until the tech opens the door to call your name (better to wait in their lobby!) which was only 10 min. Don't ask lab results to be faxed to other docs, policy changes, now it's the patient's responsibility to share the results with non-ordering docs.

I had an appt and checked in early. They did not wait until my appointment time. They took me as soon as they could because they were not busy at that time. That was fantastic.

This place is terrible and rude. You use the restroom and they call your name one time then make you go on the standby list. Save your time and go elsewhere.
