Had a referral from a woodland clinic doctor. Arrived 5-10 minutes early for a 9:30 appointment. Lobby was more or less filled (all but a few chairs around the perimeter were occupied). There are two kiosks used for checking in, no front desk staff/or a front desk. The kiosk does give you the option to wait in your car and to check in for someone other than yourself. I was able to scan my license and insurance card. By the time I had checked in and took a seat, I was called almost immediately. Blood tech was friendly and courteous. As a nervous needle patient, she was super gentle, didn't feel a thing. I was done and back in the car by 9:38. You will need to book an appointment to be seen and out the door in a timely manner and will need to book an appointment to drop off any future samples that are requested. Having never been to one of these facilities before, overall a pleasant experience.

Highly suggest using another location. I came inside it was packed. One lady was waiting since 9am. They have the TV blasting the same repeat message so hopefully you're not dealing with a headache of any kind. Staff seem unhappy and they have no one at the front desk to help with simple tasks. I get saving money but not when the quality goes down. My last time here the gal that helped me was amazing and sweet. Time of wait for me with an appointment is turning into now 4 hours in 15 minutes. When I kindly mentioned to the lady a hour ago she said next time say something sooner. I did not feel like walking inside a locked area to hunt down someone to bug about my appt. The space is huge and nice big open windows. Lots of light inside but the care is not top tier with how long I've been waiting. P.S no masks avail for someone like me coughing and all these kids that came in sick

The worst experience at this place. Made appointment for my biometrics screening via United Healthcare wellness program and upon arrival they did not have appointment and a very rude person who ended up as the manager mistreated me saying they could not take walk-in anymore. She was extremely rude. Will not make this my place for lab work. It doesn't deserve not one star.

I made an appointment to come here for blood test at 3:30 PM on October 16, 2023. After checking in the lobby, I waited for 5 to 10 minutes and the staff came out to take me in for blood test. She was very friendly. Her blood drawing technique was very good, she took a total of three tubes of my blood, but I did not feel particularly painful. It took a total of 20 minutes to complete the visit, and all the test results were available within 4 days. I'm very satisfied. Thank you very much.

They knew the whole day is booked, but they let you walk-in and wait, without telling you there is no chance to get your test done. The staff lacked basic responsibility and sympathy.

Staff here is overworked and burnt out. New staff is constantly coming in and upper management has to educate them while trying to make her own quota. She's interrupted practically every three minutes or less and trying to keep a positive outlook. As a patient that's been coming to this location for several years, I cringe every time but it's just convenient with location. They have plenty of rooms in the back for additional employees but it just seems like quest does not pay that well. I've recently went to a quest in Miami and they had a greeter at the door, full staff, on time, pleasant environment and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Quest corporation or regional is not doing its job in CA and not finding or paying for what they are trying to achieve with ideal patient care.

They don't have to be so pleased to make walk ins wait. It seems like they enjoy the power they have. I had an appointment this am however my MD hadn't put in the order. Not their fault but when my doctor faxed it over to them they haven't called any wait list people and the lobby is empty except for myself and one other person. No follow up only you may not even get seen after waiting (2 hours now).

If I could give zero stars I would and based off other reviews I'm not exaggerating. Before if their practices that ARE NOT POSTED in their building: 1) if you are a walk in, you could wait 3+ hrs and are NEVER allowed to step a foot outside. If you do, just to get fresh air, and they call your name and you don't hear them they remove you from the waitlist. You'd think any place with common decency and customer service, would walk 10 steps to the front door and call the name to ensure someone doesn't miss their spot while they get fresh air. But NOPE, couldn't be the staff here at this location. I waited 1.5hrs then finally took a step outside- literally right in front of their door- to answer a call (so I didn't rudely do it in a small space filled with other people) and they called my name. When I came back in I told them I was outside and they said "you need to be inside when we call you." I was told to get back on the waitlist. So I did... I waited until 330 (this was now 3hrs into waiting there) and then staff came out, 30min before closing and said "anyone still on the waitlist won't be seen today." 2) If you're a walk in, they don't allow you the "wait in your car" text option like other Quest locations do. So again, if you're a walk in, you have to stay in their waiting room for HOURS and cannot move. So those with health concerns who don't want to sit in a room with a bunch of other people are not allowed to wait outside and socially distance. That makes sense. I'm just blown away that they can't be bothered to simply poke their head outside, call the next on the list (whether walk-in or appointment check in), to ensure people are seen while also respecting their decision to wait outside. Especially after waiting HOURS. 3) The have two kiosk check ins. There is not a human body there to check people in or even answer questions. While I was there FIVE people had to knock on the door, wait for a phlebotomist to be done and come out to call the next person just so they could have their question answered. I've been to many quest locations and this one is hands down the worst. They're also incredibly slow. I've been to smaller locations who work quicker to get people in and out. This location needs a major management overhaul. I filed a formal complaint with Quest headquarters and would encourage you all do to the same.

This place is literally the WORSE. Just spare yourself and don't even come in. Go to K St. If I could leave negative stars then I would. They don't care about you. There is no quality of care. I've honestly received better care at K St. if you are a walk in then you'll stay on that list for an HOUR. Please just keep driving if you come here. They don't care about you. A man walked in with his elderly wife and one of the phlebotomist said "that's why you make an appointment" No respect.

Arrived before opening and 2.5 hours in not one single stand by has been called back. This business model is ridiculous, if you offer standby it is reasonable to bring at least one back per hour. I am very disappointed by this experience.

Do not go to this place if you do not have an appointment. They did not take a single walk in the hour and half I was there..
