keep in mind this gas station will take all your money for the hold. I filled up with $20 and they took the remaining $40 and have been on hold for 48 hours already. facepalm

Paid for $14 carwash, went through once, did not even look like it cleaned my truck. Employee stated could run it through again, second time, absolutely no change. Except that my truck now looked like a dirty car that just went through some minor rain. So basically worse than I started. I was told there was nothing they could do, they could not refund my money. I would have to come back when boss was there at 2am, yes, 2am in morning. When I said are you serious they said well you can call at 2am, that is all I can do! Had it let me post pictures I would have showed just how bad my truck looks after two times through their BEST carwash! Worst service, more so customer service, well lack thereof. Very disappointed because I had been through once before with basic wash months ago and that did a better job than this!!!

I ask the guy for $30 on pump 4 and he was so busy probably high on drugs that he put my gas on number 3 and someone was already waiting to pump without paying after I told him of what he did he simply laugh and told me that I have to ask them for my money back the guys who I think are his friend just laugh and drove away I have to pay $70 for $40 worth of gas

Notice there switching there prices up and down on curtains items...
Swishers aren't supposed to be 2.50$ plus tax one week
Then 1.60$ the next...Thats illegal.

It seems like the employees don’t want to work at all. They are always closed at nights for long hours with a note on the door. What’s the point of having a convenience store close to the community when all I had to do was drive 10 minutes away from Aisle 1. Maybe hiring a Dedicated and Welcoming clerk would boost up your profits.

I simply tried to tell the lady at register I payed $2.00 for air and the tire air machine did not work. I didn't care about the money but she went on to say literally. To bad air is free in California so it is your fault. I was just telling her the tire air machine was broken then she screamed at me and said stupid air is free. I asked for her name and manager phone number. She refused to give it to me. 6pm 04/14/24

Do not rely on this gas station being 24 hours open and their inside clerks being competent, it's a better bet going to the Chevron down the street next to Wendys.I pulled up to the gas station earlier this night around 11 specifically because they're listed on google being open.I went inside to pay cash as that is the only available funds due to escaping a situation however the clerk rudely turned me away saying they were closed.Usually I would understand but the clerk (heavier, white male with glasses) was doing nothing but standing at the register talking to the fuel tanker truck operator about nonsense. I understand if it was work related but it wasn't! Which is also what prompted me to write this review.I had to leave and worst part about it all, I had an empty tank and couldn't accelerate anymore right when I pulled up to the nearby Chevron- Thank God! God is Good!

Wow this place. I want to start that I believe in not leaving bad reviews. In fact I don't like it because I feel the world has so much negativity already. This place makes me sad. They have a few amazing people that work there but a few that are so rude it makes me so upset. They have taken my money (which gets refunded with 2-5 business days) 3 times now. Their pumps are broken and yet it's the customers fault. I decided to pay at the pump tonight which I never do and I just got tricked into paying $12 for a car wash I don't want or need. When I went to get my money refunded for MY mistake the women told me it's not her problem and that it was my mistake. If I wanted a refund come back and see if a manager will help me. I completely understand that this was my mistake but the fact that she was so rude and even took jabs as I was on my way out upsets me. I hate that this is the gas station by my house. I'm not expecting this review to be seen but I needed to leave my first review ever because this place has made me feel horrible a few times now. I will gladly pay the $12 to remind myself to never go back to this gas station.
