Unfortunately I don’t know the name of the employee worked the 6 am shift in the bakery last Monday but she is an asset to this store I have asked for months about the absence of sour dough bread by Sacramento Baking and everyone just threw up there hands and said” we don’t have it “. Well Monday I asked again and this person ( brown hair pulled back) actually told me one reason it wasn’t out AGIN and then she said just a minute and left. About 5 minutes later she came back with a box of FROZEN sour dough bread what a TREAT!!! She went out of her way to get me the bread I’ve been wanting for months!!!! BTW I found out where the bread goes and it’s not technically to the shopper!!! I’m not saying because I don’t want her to get in trouble She went the extra mile for me and I just wanted to make sure you at Bel Air knew you have a great employee working for the customer, for SURE.

I have been going to Bel Air on Rush River for most of my life. As I've gotten older the buttercream has gotten to become too sweet so I have been requesting their light 'n fluffy whipped cream. The last year (give or take), I have been having so many issues when requesting their whipped cream topping with any darker color than the "washed out" lavenders or pale pinks or light blues. I understand that the bakery wants the cake to be esthetically pleasing so the bakery's reputation isn't tarnished in any way .. but I've had whipped cream cakes from them with darkened colors ssoooo many times previously and have always loved the outcome.I also understand that there is the possibility of the color bleeding and whatnot, that doesnt matter to me .. I want a cake to eat on my birthday that wont make me sick. And I want to enjoy how it looks. I could be wrong on the name but I believe "Angie" is their bakery supervisor or manager and she basically straight out refused to put any darker color on my birthday cake. I even told her that I've had darker color on whipped cream cakes before and thats how i like it. Even with the push back, ive gotten the darker colors on the cakes. I've had this same conversation with "Angie" before. "Angie" has always been really helpful to me in the past, actually solving any issue I've had. I'm really upset and find it very frustratingly ironic that she's preaching to me "no dark colors on whipped topping cakes" but when I received my cake there is writing on the cake in DARK BLUE writing. I really have been trying to let this go since my mom and I walked into the store 2 days ago. I need this to be made right.

Making customers to use its Extra Card/QR code to collect customers' shopping/personal data. cheaper prices with different QR code are not cheaper. Go to shop at SF supermarket at South Land Park are much cheaper without Extra card or QR code or collecting our privacy. One fat woman employee is very rude and does want to help customer that I am one of three customers there. new self pay pad at the checkout is very tricky to use with NO direct clear instruction to customers. Never shop there again except urgent shopping. unfriendly Bel Air workers

store was low stock on many items and their produce section was just gross. things shoved into shelves and everything’s close to expire. asparagus sitting in murky still water, A ton of moldy product and just a overall bad time

BOo!! To Bel-Air for not allowing the dollar store to sell budget friendly snacks. It's not like the people who shop at BelAir will go to the Dollars store next to them.

In the Greenhaven/Pocket neighborhood there is approximately 3 Bel Air - Raileys store. Therefore, this franchise have become my favorite place for grocery shopping.They are usually stock everything I'm looking for when I go to one for shopping. The HR department handles their business. They truly know how to pick them. Their employees are the best.., friendly, helpful, understanding, concern, very patient, etc.I always recommend family and friends to these stores if they live close to one, or have no problem traveling. I will say this much; Bel Air/Raileys stores are well worth it.
