This place is small, hard chairs to sit on, not very inviting. I went in on my lunch time but they were taking a long time so I left. Came back another day early in the morning and finished everything in 30 minutes. They charge alot in my opinion for the service provided. Could have been more friendly.

Woman at reception was nice and cordial; sample collector was in a bad mood. They had me remove my hat and jacket, empty out my pockets and lift my pant legs before testing. 5 stars because I was in-n-out as fast as possible

After reading the reviews, I was expecting the worst, but everything went smoothly. The real issue is that people usually leave reviews only when they've had a bad experience.
