i had a had time leaving my 18 month old old son with complete strangers, i must have called them 2 or 3 times a day, but thanks to the staff Miss Johnson and my sons class aid who made me feel more at ease by sending me updates with pictures and videos of my son enjoying daycare they made it easier for me with his transition and i noticed the positive change it's installing in him. And he enjoys going now, Thanks you miss Johnson and Kamiya for taking the time to reassure me that this is a great decision. Kids love miss Johnson and after working with kids for over 22 years it's amazing the amount of patience that lady has. Thanks you truly for Elijah's Mom

It’s a good environment and my daughter only liked one person named Ms.Gabby. She would refuse and scream if she wasn’t there. Only thing I’d say is bad about here is their policies. They run a daycare with kids the times I’ve been there I didn’t see no disinfecting procedures and kids that were coughing or looked sick playing with kids that looked fine sharing toys and eating together , I understand kids get sick but if there’s a policy like that you’d think they would monitor the sick kids or send them home to not get the rest sick but even if your kid gets sick or exposed to RSV here you still have to pay the fee no exceptions. If your tight on money, looking for affordable daycare and have a child that gets sick during flu and RSV season a child that can catch RSV being around other children that have it then i definitely I don’t suggest this place.

I'm going to start with my daughter starting going here when she was 3 months old and is almost 5. I always loved this day care and I always recommended it to everyone. They were open 7 days a week, open till 7pm and they had school pick up and drop off. Now it's 5 days a week, close at 6:30pm and no longer transport kids at all. It went from no weekly copay with child action to $20 a week for my daughter (4years old) and $15 a week for my son (5 months old).I get inflation and everything is going up but they don't offer anything but charge you on top of what is already being paid. All the teachers my daughter loved left over the years. But honestly the last 4 months were what finallyPushed me to advocate for my kids and never send them back there. I wanna state that I understand kids get sick especially at daycare BUT it was out of control. Walking in to drop them off seeing kids that definitely looked sick and allowed to stay. I'm saying runny noses and coughing on everything. Within 10 months my daughter got Covid twice, got hsv 1, rsv and the flu. Every-time she was sick I would call and notify the school so they can give other parents a heads up and the response I would get is the make sure I paid her tuition. My son went there for not even 3 months and got rsv, bronchiolitis and double ear infections. I kept him out for over a month to make sure he was completely healthy before he went back. He went back for two 4 hour days and he got a cold and double pink eye. How a child that can't reach in his diaper gets pink eye, I have no idea. When I finally lost it to the doctor just feeling defeated he expressed concern in their cleaning and sanitizing standards. Fast forward a few days I get a call from Laura letting me know that my tuition payment was due 1/30 and it was 1/31 so I would be charged an extra $10 for each kid each day I was late. I called at the end of December and asked Laura to charge me for the whole month of January for both kids and paid it ahead of time. I communicated that to her and her response was that she just didn't charge me for the last two days. At this point I was just DONE! They went in 2 days out of 3 1/2 months and got sick again and I'm being bothered with tuition fees and no concern about how they were doing. That's when I gave the two week notice and they never went back. After pulling the kids out my daughter started telling me some things that just broke my heart. She told me that there were teachers that were mean and would scream at her. I understand why so many children have left now. The fact that this center is even open at this point is terrible. They're just money hungry and it's all they care about.

We have to be very careful where we take our little ones. My experience was bad, felt so bad for taking my baby here , I didn't listen to my gut and I'm still regretting, now feeling like the worst mother. They have too many kids per adult, never seen anyone playing with the babies, never seen anyone being cute or loving with the kids, never! not even one time, never saw a kid being loving with anyone back, they treat them like soldiers, idk it's just sad, babies are just there, no playing, no singing, nothing. It breaks my heart for all those babies, now that I have my baby at another place, I definitely can see the difference:( . So happy that is over. 0% recommended

My daughter started attending Ready-Set-Go center on 06/02/2021. On 06/08/2021 at around 1pm I received a call from Laura the receptionist at her day care stating that she had been bitten 2 times on one each of her arms and that there wasn't anything to worry about that she is now sleeping. I was upset of course but I understood that stuff like that happens at day care centers. I picked her up that day at around 3:15 and talked with the teacher Ms. B who apologized for what happened and the child that bit her had never done it before and they were all shocked and when I received the incident report it stated she was bit 4 times. So I gathered my daughters stuff as usual and as i walked out asked laura why Penelope had been allowed to be bitten so many times and her responses was " it just happened so fast" the director, Ms. Johnson sarcastically said "the kids are only 2 they bite sorry" while shrugging her shoulders not showing any compassion towards my daughter whatsoever. When i got home and actually took off the bandages from the bites and gave her a bath i examined every bite and started to cry i had noticed the bite marks and noticed that she had been actually bitten 5 times and 2 of them had actually broken skin and 1 of them actually bled.I was not told any of this during the phone call because if i had i would have went and picked her up as soon as possible. I then called the center again and spoke with ms. B again the asst. director and asked why these things were not told to me over the phone and why the incident report was so vague and did not include what seemed like very necessary details about these bites. She stated that if she or Ms.Johnson would have called it would have been included and that Ms. laura was probably just trying to let me know what happened and wasn't thinking about it. I cannot understand why my daughter was bitten 5X all visibly bruised and swollen the way they are and the severity if someone was there watching them the way they were supposed to and i also dont understand why i wasnt told sooner the almost 2 hours after the incident . Attached are pictures of the bites she has, a note from her doctor who is also concerned with the clear lack of supervision, the incident report from the day care, and a screenshot of the time the school called.

My daughter has only been here for a week and I got a call from them on 06/08/2021 stating she had been bitten 2X from a kid and nothing to worry about she was now sleeping. aAfter picking her up I soon figured out she had been bitten 5X 2 in which broke skin and caused her to bleed and then when I asked how this could happen all in one sitting without them noticing they said "it just happened too fast" so my daughter was BIT 5X times and didn't cry ? I don't think so. I do not recommend this daycare they obviously aren't watching their kids .

Very clean and sanitized. Lots of kids, babies get to crawl in clean carpet. Playground looks safe.
