The shelves are very bare. You'd swear there's some unknown apocalypse is happening when you visit that store. Everything has been picked over. I wasted a trip there due to the website informing me that a specific item was stocked. LIES

I was headed to a girlfriends brunch and received a call from the host, that the chef forgot to bring a spice. I was a block or so from Walgreen's and figured they'd have basic seasonings (I shop the Walgreens brand often, but had never done so for spices). The event started in an hour and since I was in a hurry, I entered the store and immediately asked the cashier where the spice isle was. Quickly grabbed my item (yay) and headed to checkout. A customer needed help in Health and Beauty, and the automated announcement alerted the staff 4-5 times, no one did a thing. There was one person at the first register (either on break or not started shift yet), but it was so odd to staff at the cashier station, head buried in phone, with people in line and the help alert continuing to go off. Perhaps things have changed but when I worked retail many moons ago, we weren't on the floor much less at a work station, if not working. The young lady that checked me out is the same person who told me where the spices were (which I appreciate, thank you!). Literally a second after completing my transaction, she picked up her phone and started texting. I must be really, really old because again, back in my day we could not have devices on the work floor and certainly not in plain sight, while servicing customers. I didn't see a security guard but I'm confident there are cameras in the store, which means management has had to observe these behaviors at some point.

HORRIBLE pharmacy staff. Caused me to be off my medication for OVER A MONTH, and couldn't care less. Do NOT send prescriptions here. The attitude and actions show they could not care less about the health and medication needs of customers/patients. Here's what happened to me: 1. They received my prescription for a controlled substance 2. They notified me they couldn't fill it and asked me to call. 3. I call and they VERY rudely tell me they can't fill the prescription because I'm a new patient and give me zero options to fix it. When I ask for what to do, they frustratedly tell me it's not their problem and for me to figure it out. 4. They bill my insurance ANYWAY, making it look like I got my meds, so I couldn't get my prescription filled anywhere else after my doctor sent out a new prescription to a Rite Aid, because they made it look like they filled it for me, and charging me and my insurance for it. 5. After weeks of figuring this out and untangling this, I speak to the same rude woman who blows me off dismissively, interrupting me and telling me to essentially screw off because my doctor's office finally got them to cancel the prescription, and treated me like I was an unreasonable nuisance for calmly and politely describing my situation and asking for an update. The attitude is "why the hell are you bothering me? Why don't you know the highly specialized information I know? I could not care less about your medical needs of health risks". I will never go here again.

Terrible customer service, rude and dismissive attitude when asking for assistance with Western Union services at the store.

We arrived at 9:45 (15 minutes to close time) to have an employee manually opening the door to us and screeching in our ears that the store was closing in 7 minutes?? I knew exactly what I needed and was in and out and fine with everything until I reached the counter less than two minutes later to have said employee behind me audibly complaining about customers coming into a store that is open for business. People shouldn't be shamed for buying Pepto Bismol at 9:50 at night...jerks.

I was not given antibiotics (I underwent surgery), woman worker saying that it was not working hours. Although the time was 6.35 pm, maybe 6.45 pm, the date of access is 05.13.2022. It's a terrible attitude. If there are complications because of this, I will write a complaint to the pharmacy.

They have very minimal to bad customer service. The drive thru is almost non existent. I went to their drive thru and waited ten minutes. I ended calling them to make sure there were working. The lady clicked on me when she said she was going to get someone. Don't go.

If you experience bad customer service from Sylvia, please report her. Obviously, Sylvia knows she can get away with being rude and just keeps on doing it. Some of the previous posts, don't include the specific person, but I included the name and persons photo, so if other have issues, report her. Eventually, they will get tired of hearing about her. This is in regards to the horrible store cashier, Sylvia. Tonight I ordered a photo online, used a freebie code, making 1 photo free and went to the store to pick up. I do this ALL of the time. Walgreens always puts out codes for free photos. (SPRBREAK is the code to use now, if interested, just go to another store). I walk in with my two kids, ask the front cashier, Sylvia, for someone to come assist me at photo. Immediately, she's rude for no reason. Doesn't call anyone. I can't even explain her tone, but it was just like I had said something offensive to her. I don't think too much of it after. Eventually, I wave another Walgreens staff down to give me my photo that has a receipt that says $0.00. He gives it to me. I began to walk out the front door, letting Sylvia, who was at the front know that there was no cost, and that I used a coupon. (Mind you, there was a receipt on the front that says $0.) I immediately let her know this, but she decides to snap at me saying loudly, "SO YOU ARE GOING TO STEAL IN FRONT OF YOUR CHILDREN!" I immediately told her I wasn't stealing and that I didn't appreciate her accusing me of doing something wrong. I'm not the type to make a scene or curse at people in front of my kids, so I said it as calmly as possible that the photo was free. I showed her the receipt on the front of the photo that said $0. She said I still needed to wait in line. I waited in line and let her know that there was nothing to pay. She muttered something I didn't hear. Again, I showed her the receipt taped on my photo and said no, I don't need to pay anything. Then she rudely says "give me it!" I was taken back and said no, you see the receipt on the front that says $0.00. I then scanned my photo, she hands me a useless receipt that says $0. (I didn't have to pay anything) Then she gets behind the glass, looks straight in my face telling me ("IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE YOUR KIDS, I WOULD BEAT YOUR A**** Right in front of my kids. Then that's when I got ticked off and went off on her. But never threatened her or called her out of her name, just got a little loud, asked for her name and number of the managers and let everyone in that store know how rude this girl was. No customer should be treated the way I was. Even if there was a policy of needing to scan a photo, even if it was free, there is a better way to talk to customers and explain that. I don't do well with threats, especially when people bring my kids up or do things in front of my kids. My daughter thought I was ACTUALLY stealing, (something I've taught her to not do), until I explained to her that I wasn't. She thought mama was going to go to jail for stealing. (I was heated and thought I just may for something else). Thankfully, I have a good partner, who calmed me down and reminded me of how good my life is and not to waste it on a worker who is probably overworked and underpaid and probably just pissed at the world. I had to talk to my kids later about coupons and bullies and standing up for oneself..and how important it is to go to college and get a good career they enjoy. What is crazy is that while Sylvia was accusing me of stealing 1 photo with my two children, that was found to be free, a group of people actually walked right out the door with a bunch of things. And she, nor her two other co-workers didn't say not one thing to them. Yet I had the target on my back. I notice this store had make-up and petty things locked up from memory of just being in the store, so obviously some of the staff at Walgreens probably have PTSD from all of the people who actually steal....but don't judge and blame

Really bad experience with the manager Sylvia this evening. I went to pick up photos and she automatically had a very bad attitude. She was rude the and abrupt the whole transaction. I came to pick up my photos and she asked for my email. I asked could I give her my name and she said no. I told her I'd always done it this way and she responded, it's not my concern what other people have done. I found the email address I used and gave it to her. She said she couldn't find it. Gave her my phone number. She couldn't find it. SHOWED her the confirmation email with the confirmation number and SHE STILL COULD NOT FIND IT!!!! She ended up turning directly behind her and grabbed my photos by my last name which she could have done five minutes prior! The rest of the transaction she was highly disrespectful and abrupt. I don't understand it. Don't work in customer service Sylvia if you are going to treat people that way! I left shaking and upset from our interaction. She told me to call corporate if I had an issue. I certainly will!

I had a great experience and great customer service with an employee named Hanna. When I walked in she greeted me kindly and when I checked out she proceeded to remind me that I can get one free fish oil after purchasing the one I was getting and I appreciated her bringing that to my attention. I have previously gone to another competitor and was disgusted by the rude employees working there I guess miserable people. Great experience but I've always had good experiences at this Walgreens anyways.

The WORST Walgreens I've ever been too! I've come here twice and both times the employee's were so rude. I just had the worst experience. I had an online order shipped here for pickup. It said it was ready for pickup and the woman working refused to go back and get my order even though it was ready for pickup! She argued with me for 5 minutes and refused to even look up my last name on the database???? Another employee stepped in and asked the woman to go in the back and get my order. And guess what? It was there... Then after she retrieved my order I asked her nicely if she could unlock the cabinet so I could get some laundry detergent and I tried to make small talk with her, and she straight up ignored me. I said thank you twice, and she still proceeded to ignore me. I have never had a bad experience as a customer prior to going to this store or have dealt with an employee this rude. If I were you I would go to the Walgreens at 4200 Arden Way rather than this one.

I rarely write any reviews so for me to have to write this...they can do so much better with their customer service and phone calls. Speaking to the automated voicemail system was the WORST. I just needed to ask a simple question. And it would not transfer me to an actual person. Finally I got it to transfer me over, a gentleman picked up, asked what I needed and then blatantly ended the call. I called again and the phone system robot would not let me talk to a person. This process was extremely frustrating. The mgr or owners, you guys really need to step it up. I have no clue if you Walgreens will read this, but if you do please make a change. Just look at all of the other horrible reviews. If you want to make sales it starts with customer service.

Absolute worst I have ever been treated by an employee, ever. Most disrespectful staff I have ever experienced before. A lady with with glasses and curly hair made rude comments about me loudly until I left the store after she denied fixing an issue with their app and their products.

The pharmacy is one of the worst I have seen. My sons pediatrician called and was on hold and then her call was "lost". Every time I call the pharmacy there I am on hold for over 20 minutes then it just continues holding and holding. NO ONE PICKS UP AT THE PHARMACY! I don't know if they are well staffed or just INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES (PHARMACY) TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!!

I'd give this raggedy store a negative 3 if possible. I'm not sure who the unprofessional, ratchet pharmacist is. But ignoring testing 10 minutes before their lunch is unheard of. First, they lied and said the pharmacist was on a conference call. When that lie didn't work, her ghetto self got on the phone says "we're going to lunch and come back and hung up the phone." I go into the store and somehow no one knows this woman's name. That's fine, because the corporate office will be notified that this lady is denying patients AND rude while doing it. I mean, this behavior is expected from a store with poor customer service, yet it's unacceptable.
