I prefer the Gold River location for my medication ordering and pickup. They always have my prescriptions ready and also contact me promptly if something is out of stock.

My review for this location is solely for their ice cream. I love Rite Aid Thrifty's ice cream. It's so soft and creamy. They are quite expensive when it is not on sale. I came here two days ago to buy one get one free. We ended with four tubs home and paid $10. The flavors at this location that they have in stock are strawberry, cotton candy, rainbow, black cherry, Rocky road, pistachio, chocolate chip, mint chip, and too many to name them. I couldn't take a pic because the fridge was all fogged up.

Very bad guest service. Making me wait for hour without letting me know what's going on. Once I confronted them they said they call me twice. Ive been sat and waited. Such a lier.

Still the best team going on 5yrs. It's not about the Rite Aid pharmacy when you Have a terminal illness or a serious health condition. This team on Gerber and power Inn go over and beyond. My granddaughter who sees a neurologist go to the one on Florin and Franklin and we have a problem every 30 days they do not go over and beyond and she is really sick to out. They make us wait until the next last day. Now my team will call you and let you know. They will work with the medical insurance people to make sure you get your medications on time. Thank you for your excellent service
