“I’ve had multiple interactions with A Lady I don’t know her name and unfortunately, they have not been positive. I’ve noticed that she is consistently polite and warm to certain individuals but noticeably rude or dismissive to others, particularly people who look like me. Even when I have approached her respectfully, she has been indifferent or unprofessional in her responses.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the best part of town, but it’s where we live and where we were raised. That shouldn’t mean we deserve any less respect than anyone else. Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and fairness, and I hope this feedback encourages more professionalism and equal treatment in future interactions.”

The Pharmacist also knows of her behavior, He’s standing there when it happens he doesn’t say One word, He allows this behavior as if she’s keeping people off of his back . He lets her act in this manner towards African-Americans..

This Rite Aide is unsafe. The parking lot is so dangerous, filthy and flooded with homeless, who are living on the property. There is human Feces and urine all over the side of the store. It is a public health and safety issue. Please avoid shopping here. It is unkempt and dirty. Why is the property owner not doing anything? Why is the city not getting these issues taken care of. This is disgusting, dangerous, the stores shelfs are empty becuase people walk in steal and walk out like it's nothing. No security, and the security they have just sit in the cars and watch. It is lawless at this location. Please DO NOT SHOP HERE, IF YOU MUST PLEASE BE SAFE AND AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS

Asked for key to restroom lady up at front cashier saying it's been out of service for awhile yet when you ask at pharmacy they say go to front to get key and the night before I watched as a customer get the key and used restroom. Maybe someone needs to urinate in the hallway for they to stop picking who they give key to

Years ago this was one of the best place to go. Now, this place is like nothing! Shelfs are barely stocks up, some customers service are ok and some have an attitude, they only want to welcome who they want. What happened to all the good people that I used to see?
Retrained your guys employees, stop with an attitude! This will be my first and last coming to this place. Please take your service somewhere else.

Worst service I went to the pharmacy for my medication and they told me it was gonna be a 20+ minute wait that’s fine even though I just left the hospital. I’ll wait. I asked the lady at the counter. Her name is Nadia. Can I have the key to the restroom she tells me go to the front, they will give you a key so I wait in line patiently in the front once I get to the front, I ask Shawn for a key now, I’ve been a customer here for years I get all of mine and my children’s medication i’m in my work uniform I’m tired and the way this guy looked at me up and down with the most dirtiest look and says no it’s closed now the store doesn’t close for over an hour lady in the back told me to go to the front to get a key and I would be OK with it but the way that I was looked at with disrespect just rub me a different I went back to the pharmacy picked up my medication and I told the young lady what happened. She said it must be out of service said no he said it’s closed regardless I just think people should know. Honestly whoever Shawn or Sean is rude you have cameras and should be able to see I’m a regular just sad ?

Before, this Rite Aid was good for me because of the pharmacy and it is closer to me, but until a worker in the front register spoke to me in a disrespectful tone and attitude.Every time I went to this Rite Aid to buy alcohol either with my husband or anyone else, they never ask for both of ID; whenever they ask for ID we would always show one of our ID instead of both. Also, we both would carry the alcohol too.But last week, I went with my sister-in-law to buy alcohol. The lady(forgot to check her name) on the register ask for ID then I give mine to her, then she say “I will need her ID, too” in a rude tone. My sister-in-law did not bring her ID with her since I was the driver. She refused to let me pay for the alcohol because my sister-in-law was helping me carry. It never happen to me before so I just told her it is fine and we left.She was being rude and unprofessional in disrespectful ways; if she cannot sell us the alcohol could have said nicer instead of speaking disrespectful tone and showing with attitude.I’m not mad she did not let me purchase the alcohol, but I’m mad that she was speaking to me in rude tone because nobody would want another to speak to you in a rude tone with bad attitude.

The pharmacy is awful! They filled my meds with wrong meds and didn’t fill out a quality report or notify my doctor! They are so impersonal there! I have asked whom am I speaking with and they hang up on me! I’ve reported them to district and still nothing changed!!! They could be polite and identify themselves when people call! Just not a good pharmacy!

Great service. I needed over the counter flu medication and I had some questions. I found a sales person around the corner in the store and she helped me immediately. She answered my questions, gave me great advice on the products and personal experiences with them and it helped my severe symptoms get a lot better, relieved my system. Thank you

This is my favorite place to get things of all kinds they are very friendly and know what they are doing. I hope this store never closes down this is our neighborhood store that we been going since we were kids.
