The Rite Aid pharmacy in the Lake Crest Village shopping center has unprofessional staff and very poor customer service. It recently took over four weeks to fill a prescription. On one of my trips to the store the staff told me that the order needed to be unpacked and it would take two hours. On the following day I was told that it wasn't ready. I tried to call the pharmacy numerous times to avoid an unnecessary trip but they do not answer the telephone. I went to the store again and was told it needed to be unpacked. I then explained to the clerk that they told me the same story previously. I asked the clerk to check with the pharmacist. After a discussion with the pharmacist they said it didn't come in on the order and it could take awhile. The following week I received a text that it was ready. When I went to the store to pick it up they told me the pharmacist was on lunch break and they couldn't give out the prescription. I explained to the clerk that I have been taking this medication for years. They said since this was new to them that the pharmacist had to approve it. I previously used the Rid Aid pharmacy on Freeport boulevard which was much better. Unfortunately it recently closed.

The most rude and incompetent pharmacy staff ive ever had to deal with. Any excuse to not do their job, and they'll lie about meds being ready when they're out of stock, yet they won't just say if they're out of stock before the prescription is sent.

I almost never visit Rite Aid anymore as I shop online for similar products. But I needed office/school supplies on New Year's Eve so I popped in my closest Rite Aid. This place was apocalyptic, almost nothing on the shelves. Knowing that other Rite Aid's near me have recently shut down, I expected this one was also going the same direction. I asked the associate if this store was shutting down and he said that he hadn't heard that. My local CVS is the same, shelves empty and looking ransacked. At this point I won't enter another Rite Aid or CVS again.

I had the worst experience dealing with just one cashier there. I try not to go there because of her but sometimes that's the closest for a last minute run like medications or first aid items. That cashier makes shopping there so uneasy and uncomfortable because she talked to me like I'm dumb or stupid. She's ghetto and rude. She told me I should only buy things I plan to keep as if I should not have returns if the item that I no longer need or if I bought the wrong item. She makes me feel like I'm stealing from the store even tho I have the receipt for my items. I will not return to this store as long as she's working. She's horrible.

Rite Aid Pharmacy has a timely messaging process. The pharmacy will message me with the date when my prescription will be filled. Once the prescription is ready to be picked up, I will receive another message and have the option to prepay for my medication. The prepay link that the pharmacy messages to me is an extremely easy and time-saving way when picking up a prescription. Without the prepay link, I would have to wait for the pharmacist to fill my prescription and then pay for it. Prepaying eliminates waiting, and my prescription is ready when I arrive at the pharmacy.

Second week in a row that we were told that the ice cream area is closed due to not enough staff. Summer time in sac and you are turning customers away for 2 weeks now. Well not come back to this store liston again. After being told there was only the 2 people working as I paid for a vendor ice cream they called 2 additional people up. Horrible customer service this place is trash.

I went to Rite Aid yesterday to pick up an item. I had difficulty finding it in the store so I asked for assistance from one of the employees stocking on the floor. She was very rude and acted like I should know exactly where this item is even though I had told her that the last time I purchased one that it was a curbside pick up so I had no idea where it is at the store. She practically ran to the item to show me where it was, mind you I use a cane to walk, so I could not keep up and by the time I caught up with her she's pointing at the item saying see this is where it's always kept and where it was last time. I was not happy with her service, but the wonderful cashier asked me if I found everything OK and I said yes but with difficulty and she apologized profusely. I don't plan on going back to this store again even though it's right around the corner from my home.

As of Monday night 9:56PM, the female who states herself as “D” showed for the first time in 20+ years of unprofessional. Pharmacy closes at 9:00PM but she still answered the pharmacy line at 9:54PM just to be rude by talking over me and rushing off the phone only to REPEAT that “the pharmacy is closed dear” She was better off representing Rite Aid Company’s pharmacy by not even answering the phone just to talk over a customer and cutting them off with the same phrase “the pharmacy is closed dear” Corporate should not allow this female that states herself as “D” to be a part of this company that families and neighbors has been a part of for more than 20 years at this Greenhaven and Florin Rd location. “D” is not professional in this field that affects people’s livelihood. Since this store’s beloved neighbors and associates are considerate people, we wish to not have her lose her J.O.B instead, this loyal family request that she works a position as a sales floor associate, film developer, janitor, cashier etc, if not be relocated out of this location that my parents, great grandparents, and great great grandparents go to.Respectfully,20+ years of neighborhood customer loyalty. God Bless and even more for “D” to find peace and happiness in her life.

Friendly and clean store, however still many shelves are empty most of the time and some departments have been closed intermittently (for example photo department) which brings the vibe of pandemic back .
