Pharmacy is a joke. 30 min wait time on phones. Long lives. Horrible customer service and resolutions. Multiple incidents.

I can't believe that a pharmacy can run out of medication. But when it keeps happening it is a huge problem. Since we live in a nation where they give pills over care. It's pretty important to get them. Living in pain is one thing. But it's really scary when it affects your health and happens multiple times. This pharmacy need to be power cycled. I'm going to look for another pharmacy since they don't seem to care with every review being the same. Sad because this is my neighborhood .

It has gotten worse. The prescriptions are never ready. They shutdown and dont tell you they are shut down. Your prescription ends up sitting there in front of you but you cannot get it because the only pharmacist is on lunch. The store remains filthy. I am switching to another pharmacy. I dont care if i have to drive farther. This store needs a health inspection and corporate intervention.

When you are shopping at this location, you have to be vigilant about reading the sale tags. It can be very deceptive when it appears that the product that is on the shelf belongs to the sale tag. It was hard for me to see how any other product could fit onto the same shelf but apparently it must just get shoved onto it somehow. I obviously am too trusting that businesses will make sure they have their products in place properly so the tags will be aligned with the correct product. Once it was brought to my attention that there was a missing product that belonged to the tag, I was just about to ask if the associate would please go to the back and grab 2 of them for me, but before I got the words out, I was told to come back later and check if it was on the shelf then. That told me that it wasn’t going to happen even if I had asked. I was actually really disappointed with the outcome. The last couple of times I’ve been in this location, I have been met with a lack of customer service and support In looking for an item. Today was no different. I was actually expecting the associate to offer to go grab the sale product for me, but his response told me otherwise. I just purchased the bigger product at that point. I definitely could have pushed the issue, but I was just too frustrated with the situation by then. I should have though, because for $2 less and a count that was larger if I bought two, I would have had the benefit. I hope that the customer service here will change soon and that they step it up. I have to say that a lot of the employees should take heed in the associate who works at the register with the long dreads in his hair. He has always said hello to us when we walk in, is super friendly and has always been willing to help with looking for a specific item when he can. Even his tone of voice has customer service in it whereas the other people who I have asked for help are in a tone that is more aligned with “do I really have to?” I am in the customer service industry and I know how difficult it can be dealing with the public, so I am very forgiving. However, it’s not just one isolated incident with one employee who might just be having a bad day. It’s been a few visits, and with different associates. I will continue to shop here because of the convenience of location, but I just felt that I should get it out there for other shoppers regarding the way they tag and place products. It doesn’t have to be so deceiving but hey, it does make a difference to have someone like me who just buys the more expensive product out of frustration. I will definitely be more careful when choosing a product and be sure to read the tags before purchasing. I gave 3 stars instead of 2 because the young man at the register who is so nice deserves that last star!

DONT HAVE PRESCRIPTIONS ready. I needed my prescription to be transfer to another pharmacy because of that. Rite aid didn’t cancel. I can’t receive to another pharmacy until they cancel it. It would take 2 weeks if rite aid doesn’t cancel for other pharmacy to supply me. I called customer service it would take 5 business day for rite aid to answer so a week because it is Friday and I ran out of medicine!! This place it’s the WORST!!!

Some people have a gift of making you feel d**** This pharmacy does just that. I was told to come back to pick up my prescription in 20 minutes. After waiting for longer than 20 minutes and coming back to pick it up I was told to wait another 30 minutes. Because there is a language barrier I clarified saying I had been told to come back in 20 minutes, with no effort or apology I was ignored. So I sat down to where they can see me and started the timer. Finally I received my prescription and was informed on how to use it in words that I could not understand. Really wish to see improvement here with the staff being a lot nicer. Nobody wants extra stress when picking up a medication!

Pharmacy staff is never friendly and polite! Neither on the phone nor in person. Heck they don't even greet you or say hi when you go to the store. And they're slow in filling prescription/refills!!

Rite Aid used to be called thriftys and was my favorite drugstore since I was 14 years old. The drug store I can count on for everything I needed. Especially if I needed it right away. From binders, pencils, hair shampoos, make up, hair dyes, over the counter medication. And the ice cream is one of the special products I used to and still love. One - to two scoops of black cherry or Plain vanilla on a cone.I’m 53 years old now and still visit there when I need the same kind of items.

My sister came to this pharmacy to pick up meds after a visit to the ER. 20 minutes to closing, no other patrons around and the pharmacist told her they were closing soon that they wouldn't fill her scripts that were sent over more than an hour before from the ER.She went back today, 3 days later, they only filled two and said "oh we don't have pain medication" without offering to find them at another Rite Aid. After a serious fall, these unprofessional and careless jerks have left her without a prescription for pain. Not every person is a junkie. These people are HIGHLY unprofessional and I will be reporting their actions to the corporate office. Clearly the management at the store won't do anything. Every review for the pharmacy is a 1 star.DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!
