The cashier, Dolly, with glasses, was extremely rude. She told me I didn’t pay attention, even though I had given her a receipt. I was shocked and didn’t want to argue with her, especially since she seemed old.

Came to this location I frequent for a small lip product return. As the worker checked my item to see if it was eligible for return, she dropped the lip applicator onto the floor under her desk. She picked it up, looked at the dust and hair that got attached to it and quickly put the cap back on…only then did she tell me that they couldn’t do the return. I asked if there could be any one time exceptions for the return made since I’m not unable to use this now completely unsanitary item, she quickly said nope. I told her a small apology for ruining my item would be nice and she refused to make eye contact with me or take any ownership for ruining it. Disgusting attitude. I come to Ross around sacramento often but I think I’m truly turned off to this company now.

The store has lots of empty racks and shelf spaces after the holiday season. I usually like to shop in the Ross Dress for Less stores. But they seem not to carry most of the name brand items anymore! Some of the Ross stores like this one seem to have a hard time filling up their square footage!I do find a couple of interesting things I want to purchase. The cashiers at the checkout counters are fast and friendly.

Love Ross, you can find a variety of clothes, shoes, household items, cheap wall decor, a small selection of tools, and shoes ?, a long with a large selection of men's and women's clothing (Child wear also)Ross is always cluttered, don't expect anything else, the shopper's unfold but rarely fold them up.

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY CLOSE AT 10 AND THE MANAGER (ESTABLISHMENTS ALWAYS CLAIM THAT POSITION TO DISOBEY PROTOCOLS AND STANDARDS) WAS YELLING AT CONSUMERS TO MAKE A PURCHASE OR LEAVE BY 9:40 am on a SATURDAY NIGHT! I kno for a fact some Ross stores close at 11 on the weekends! Horrible horrible representation of the store I grew up with!
