One checkstand open while the line is 15 deep, other checkers are wandering away from the checkstand. Lost control at the front checkstand.. 5/29/2025 5:20 p.m. see no Supervisor directing the front end only 1 security guard.

Cleaner than most Ross stores but 2 cashiers on a Sunday?? 25+ people in line. I'm now 2 people away from cashier and I've been waiting 30 minutes.

Ross Dress for Less in Delta Shores Shopping Center is more organized than most Ross. I found a few interesting items I didn’t see in Ross before. However, most household goods and clothing items are lower quality now than years ago. Ross Dress for Less has clearly fallen behind its competitors in recent years. This one, in particular, is in an area where people are more interested in buying higher-quality items. Unfortunately, none of them are available in the store!

Dirty, unorganized, and the manager would rather complain and remove my cousin from the store for having an open drink than help us find what we were looking for.

The floors have more merchandise on them then the actual shelves. Alarms are a continuous background sound here and employees refuse to do anything about it.

It's always a great place to find hidden treasures. You never really know what you may find or nothing at all. It just depends on the inventory of the season and the traffic of the location.I would never say Ross is a high class place to shop at its comparative to Walmart's reputation, you will find all sorts there, but as long as you realize where your shopping and that you are essentially treasure hunting, then Ross hopping is always a fun way to spend a day, including this location.

So this evening around 6 or so, I decided to check out this location for suit cases and purses. I get to the line to check out and and this young Hispanic guy working the check out lines with the dried out jerry curl bob and eyelashes had the nastiest attitude ever. Idk if he thought he was cute or something but, Instead of being nasty towards customers, he needs to take that same energy, and use it towards the person who allowed for him walk out the house looking like that today smh...
