Usually a quick in and out for me with SAFE CU. It may be the closest branch, not ATM to our house. Plenty of parking- we always end up in the line and with the same teller. Taylor, is always very friendly but asks me "making a large purchase" when pulling out money for the rent. I find that to be somewhat not of anyone's business when it pertains to matters of money and how I am spending it.

Alex is an angel sent from heaven. I was having an extremely rough day with the call center I came in and he was able to help me in 20 minutes when the call center couldn’t in 7 hours on the phone. I considered leaving Safe all together but because of Alex I will be staying a member. I came in crying my eyes out and he really made me feel important. Thank you so much Alex. You made the sun shine when it was pouring rain. As for the call center they need to do better!

I love SAFE! I've been a member since 2008 and have been very happy with the service I've received. I've not had any issues whatsoever. My only regret is that I didn't choose them sooner.

We opened our accounts with SAFE 20+ years ago. We did all our major banking with them. I don't have to go into the branch often, but when I do, it's always disappointing. Today was no exception, and without going into details about why I was there, I want to share my experience. I know everyone is struggling after Covid, so I actually made an appointment to go in with my issue today. When I got there a little before 4 PM for my appointment the receptionist could not find me. She told me three times that I probably made the appointment with another branch, even though I assured her I did not. I pulled out the text message I received to confirm my appointment but it does not have an address on it. When I finally found the confirmation email on my phone, she miraculously found me too. I went to wait in the lobby for about 10 minutes. The lady that helped us was very nice and apologetic. I will say if she had nothing to do with my original problem so I try to stay patient. During our whole transaction the computer kept going down. She did the best she could with the resources she had, and took care of one of our issues. What bothered me even more is that everyone around us I was talking about clients and their transactions. There is no privacy when you are talking to the agents. We overheard a lot of private information, and it makes me wonder how my information is being handled. I always feel like everyone at this branch is working with half the knowledge/resources that they need to get their jobs done. This experience and the stunt they pulled with our accounts will have me closing out our last accounts and moving them to our current credit union.

Poor service with long lines & wait times. Racial profiling although the account has been opened for 6 years & I plan to close it after this last incident. Wouldn't recommend SAFE.

We've been members for more than 25 years but are seriously considering other options. We have funds in another bank but SAFE is our daily bank and they have had nothing but issues lately. ATM machines that don't work, hacking, and Internet down. This is going on WEEK TWO of no online or app access due to "upgrading" their internet. This morning a good card was rejected and we can't even check online to see why (there are plenty of funds available). Sadly, this bank just isn't what it used to be. The staff is different one week from the next too.
