I had some service done and the repair person broke some clips on the liner that goes around the windshield and never bothered to fix it The next person tried to get clips to replace it but they didn't have the right size and said they would replace the whole liner but that was nearly 2 weeks ago. I heard nothing from them and had to call. I was supposed to get a call today and nothing, no call, I am feeling irritated since I don't have a lot of free time. Is this going to be fixed?

Quick service friendly guys working there except the screw to my rear view mirror and windshield glass was loose and fell off while I was driving only after a month after windshield glass replacement. Price is fair.

I had an excellent experience with this provider. I made my appointment through Geico online. Showed up 15 minutes late, but they let me still drop my car off. I left it there all day while I worked. They called me after 2 hours to say my car was ready. I paid with my credit card for my $50 co-pay. While I was there someone was trying to buy a windshield for their Tesla and the price was over $1000. But the worker, did his best to find discounts to bring the price down, which was nice. My windshield looks like the original. I noticed zero difference from the original.They have a small waiting area and vending machine. There is a donut shop, convenience store, and taqueria (open for breakfast and very delicious!) within a very short walking distance.

First time my car was vandalized so I had to replace the driver side rear window after some low life decided to smash it. Made appointment and although they didn't show it they were able to get me in and window done. Thorough and honest pricing. Got most of the glass out of car also.

Thanks for fixing my windows...one of you drank my budweiser..... what else happened -.- it's okay I dared you to drink it telepathically. Really was sitting there thinking what if they drink my budweiser. And it happened o.o still get 5 stars in my book.

I had a scheduled appointment for windshield replacement ( due to a chip in my eye sight line) at 8am. I was checked in promptly and less than 5 min later my tech Emry came out to explain the process . The estimate was a little over $1,000 which was fully covered by my car's warranty . The estimated repair time was 2 1/2 to 3 hrs which included the replacement and recalibration of the sensors. They have to drive the car on the road to confirm the recalibration settings. The was pretty busy, several people came and dropped off . I opted to wait and it actually only took a little less than 2 hr. The location is less than a mile from the freeway . The area is a little ghetto but I felt very safe in the building. The staff is very professional and seemed like they all enjoyed their job. Wish there was an indoor restroom . It is in the middle of the shop, but gave me a chance to peek on my car. There is a Keurig in the lobby and vending machines that are cash only.

Worst company I've ever had to deal with. I was unable to schedule a mobile service as they claim. You are absolutely unable to speak to a real person. Don't believe me, try it.I had to schedule an appointment online only and take it to a shop and leave it. Once completed, I picked my car up. When I got home, I was looking over the windshield and noticed the rubber seal didn't look right. (See photo). Once again, I tried to call the shop and was unable to talk to them.It's not worth the headache having to deal with this company. Find another

I wasn't there during service. I had my service scheduled for my father's truck. I'm in a different city, so imagine my surprise when I get a message saying, "we're on the way," shortly followed with, "service is done!" Now, I'm giving 4 stars because of a point of confusion. See, my father thought I scheduled for another vandalized vehicle and not his daily driver. The tech says he did the service, and my father says they didn't. Well, they did. I think what would improve service for those who can't be there would be to send a picture. The receipt also confused me. "Vehicle had glass." I was certain the truck didn't have glass. It didn't. Photography would literally clear up any questions.

I was nervous getting my Tesla windshield replaced outside of Tesla, but my insurance insisted on Safelite for the easiest process. Not every Safelite location has good reviews, but I specifically requested this location due to the positive feedback. They did a great job and had it done the same day. Took off 1 star because I found some small dirt stains on the visor after I got the car back. No worse than what my kids do. A simple wipe down with some upholstery cleaner got it out, and the windshield is Tesla OEM so I am happy.

These guys live up to the hype! My insurance allows me to get windshield dings or replacement if I need it, and for the first time I needed it. Been procrastinating on doing it as I had no idea what to do...but it was wayyyy easier than I thought it would be! I simply called Safelite and they got me an appointment (same day I called!) and I was in-n-out in less than an hour! I had been worried the spidery shaped ding would require the entire windshield to be replaced, but as it was 3", I was able to get it repaired and unless you look at it from inside the cabin and at a certain angle (so that the light refracts), it's not even visible from the outside. So glad I got this done finally...it's been an eyesore. Thanks Safelite, your team is impeccable and made everything "brainless and painless"!

Biggest joke ever!!!! Booked appointment in June. Got a call three hours after scheduled appointment to say my glass didn't come in and they would call and reschedule when it came in. At dealership 2 weeks later and I asked them if they did glass. They said we would just send you to Safelite. I said that won't work because they can't get my glass. He checked in the computer and somehow could see Safelite had my glass. Went straight home and called Safelite. They said oh yes we have had your glass for a few days. I asked them why they never called me to reschedule. They said it's an automated thing and it would get to me soon. I said that was unacceptable. They tried to make me an appointment for Wednesday. I told them it will be in the shop and that it needed to be done by Monday. They got me a manager who's supposedly overrid the Wednesday and set me up for Monday. I checked online over the weekend and it kept saying my appointment was for Wednesday. Monday morning at 7:00 a.m. I decided to call the shop and make sure I was on the schedule for that day. I was told no I was on the schedule for Wednesday I told them that was not going to work my car would be in Reno getting the shocks put on I needed it that day. They scheduled it for that morning. Shortly after the technician called me and said he would not be able to get to me and he would be running late. I told them that is unacceptable. He informed me that he was not at the shop and could not get my glass in time to get to me that morning. I informed him that I was promised a Monday morning appointment and that I would be calling the shop. Called the shop and while I was on hold my technician called me back and said he worked me in and that he would be doing me first that he was at the shop waiting on the glass. So where was the lie was he at the shop or not at the shop at 8:00 in the morning when he told me he was not at the shop. He came out did my glass and scratched it. I was told they had another glass for me at the shop and he would be there the next Monday which would be day after tomorrow to replace the window he scratched. Not only did he promise me they had the extra glass in so did the manager of the shop so did the district manager and another district manager that phoned me that day out of my frustrations. Today I get a call from Safelite that they need to cancel my Monday appointment because they don't have my glass! Beyond unacceptable I told her to get me the manager on the phone that I was tired of being lied to by Safelite and what do you know they found some glass and will be here on Monday to replace the window he scratched. So how many lies does One customer have to endure just to get a window replaced almost one month later??? Safelite has consumed way too much of my life!!! We shall see how this goes on Monday!!!
