Can you put zero stars??? The worst experience ive ever had!! The manager who name is john was the worst person ive ever met! If your selling an item off the shelfs that has been touched and covered all in dust this should discounted! This "manager" who must have not know how to deal with people was aggressive and point blank rude!! A question was never brought to him and he proceededs to be aggressive and treat me like i was a criminal due to the color of my skin with racial remarks. Stating you people want things cheap was rude. No this comment wont shut him down or open his eyes but this is to other people to go elsewhere.

Wish I'd found this place sooner. They have a huge variety of supplies that I haven't been able to find anywhere else in Sacramento and surrounding areas. If I could give them a 6th star for being close to my house I would. lol

This guy is prejudiced and a racist. Spend thousands of dollars with him to start my hookah business before I received my tobacco license. He because disrespectful after I made a comment about his over priced vapes. Plus he’s always late and very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend him. I’m just concerned how he has this “wholesale retail” in the middle of an residential community like Natomas?!

Here at 945am. Door is locked and store is not open. Google says open at 9. If that's not correct you should fix the open hours schedule.. Owner does not open at 9 as his business claims. This is my last time coming to this location. I took time out of my work hours to come here. I should have just stayed at work. Thanks for wasting my time and money. BTW you lost about 10 customers this morning. Probably more.

Never open at the scheduled hours, I have to drive 45 minutes to get here just to sit in the parking lot for an hour, then I turn around and go home. I’m not sure why I keep coming back. It doesn’t take much effort to just show up on time and open your store.I will not be returning here again and will be taking my business somewhere that opens on time and doesn’t waste my time.I do not recommend anyone coming here as there is a good chance it won’t even be open so just save your self the trouble and order from someone else. Was about to make a very large purchase for my hookah lounge and I’m glad I didn’t do it here.

Just like other people said...the owner here is the worst. I buy all my stuff online because it's way cheaper but came here in a pinch. Neither the owner or the other guy are wearing masks so I didn't put mine on. The owner tells me I need a mask. When I pointed out that neither he or his employee had one on he told me I had an attitude and didn't need to shop there. I did appreciate him pointing that out so I left lol.

Absolutely hands down the best Vape Shop in Sacramento!! They have the biggest And best selection of Vapes, juice and accessories, they have an absolutely massive inventory! anything you want or need they got it or can get it!! The owner is one of the best most down to earth individuals you will ever meet and he always gives you the best deals around snd makes you feel welcome and a valued customer every time. You will keep coming back once you come in for the first time. I will never go to another shop again and I can very easily say that. No doubt we are all lucky to have this shop and owners in Sac Town!! Some of the best people I have ever met!!!
