Store always stays clean, door workers need a customer service class. No greeting or any type of welcome. Just show your card and you can come in. Normally fully stocked, new options almost everytime I come in. Just very dislike the receipt checking situation. It needs to be consistent across the board or canceled. I had six items my last visit, the checker felt the need to check 5 out of six items. And to top it off no thank you for shopping at Sam's club. After you basically stopped me to make sure I didn't steal anything. I mean the company can spin it how they want, but we all know why they do it. Besides that great store, been a customer for long time.

Thinking of upgrading to the Plus Membership amd getting the Plus Credit card too? READ THIS FIRST!!Make abso-freaking-lutely sure that you upgrade to Plus first, Pay for that and get the receipt for it. Then and ONLY THEN, have the employee help you get the credit card, unlike my situation.My situation was that as I went to Pay for the upgrade, I was stopped by the customer service person about the Plus credit card offer and that I could use that to pay for the upgrade as they had a $50 Bonus credit for new Plus Credit Card members. So I would only owe $5 or $6 on the bill. Plus I'd get cash back rewards that can be used in-club.You can see where this is going. I did as they suggested, 2 weeks later, I get THE NORMAL BLUE CARD THAT HAS ZERO PERKS OR BENEFITS with Only the standard $30 Bonus credit.Went into the store, Customer service told me to try to upgrade my card by calling the 800 number on my bill. I did that, was told that I can't upgrade it because the upgrade required another credit check and the credit Bureau isn't letting me get another check done so soon after getting approved for a credit line so recently.So now I'm stuck, I wanted the Plus credit card for the perks they offered. But since I'm unable to get that, I will be demanding a refund and going back down to the nornal membership.

What’s with Sam’sclub? I ordered something from online and it was delivered to different address now they expect me to keep waiting been already a week and they keep saying the same thing I’m no longer gonna be a member here hell I might even counter sue them for my loss time and the product I been waiting for no reason they keep saying wait 72 hours for an email with gift card why would we have to wait and it never comes to my email been a week already maybe I’ll just go to the store and take what’s mine

The most incompetent employees ever. I bought a membership online yesterday due to their $15 deal, and made an account and had a barcode. Went to pay for my gas trough the app, which was having problems. The gas attendant in a green shirt around 2:40 told me that it just wasn’t working and to purchase a gift card, after waiting in line for 15 minutes. Okay cool, I go in store and get a gift card for $40, lady at the member thing helped me (Asian lady) and was very sweet. I go back and sit in line for gas for another 10 minutes and try the gift card, just to be told the gift card doesn’t work alone and that you need a physical card (which the first gas attendant didn’t tell me I needed btw) by another gas attendant who replaced the last one. So I go in store and I’m crying out of frustration at this point, the Asian lady gives me a physical card I can use and that the gift card will work now, and I wait in like another 10 minutes, use the member card AND the gift card and the gift card doesn’t work. I have to use my physical debit card, which also had a problem when I put in my PIN number correctly. I charged the amount as credit and went back in store to get the money off of the gift card because it wasn’t working for what I wanted, and was told that they can’t cash out gift cards after they’re purchased. Just overall a horrible experience other than the one lady at membership help.Everyone else is incompetent.

Don’t pick up the phone, and they also don’t ever deliver the orders to the right address? They then want to verify all of your information to process a refund, but can’t verify who the order is being delivered to.When they finally do pick up the phone they have attitude. If you click “0” to speak to an associate your phone will ring until you take your last breath. Call the bakery and ask them to go get someone that can help. ? no stars if I could.

3 check stands open for people not paying with just card is ridiculous. Last time it was fighting with the system for over 30 min at the customer service desk instead of calling for help with over 5 people in line. Seems the employees are left to deal with it or management doesn't care. Not sure renewing membership is worth it for this Location. If you're gonna make people stand in lines over 45 mins long then add fans to the aisles.

Awful experience. I just became a member and had heard they do great cakes. I ordered my daughters birthday cake on Wednesday and when my husband went to pick up today which is Friday, they never made it. She will not have a cake for her party. Thanks for ruining my baby birthday. On top of all that yall don't even answer the phone so I couldn't leave a message wawas unable

Always you need to use a self check out cause they have 1 or 2 cashiers .Employees are terrible special managers doesn't want to help .

2nd time picking up my pick up orders and the orders were not ready. The 1st time I place an order 3 days out and showed up 4/6/23 an hour later and my order was still not process at all. I even waited an hour and got upset and left. The order never processed until the next day. I was beyond upset.Today I arrived for my 4pm pick up at 4:45pm. Before going in I notice no one coming out for a good 10mins, then I went inside to see if I can just pick up my order. By 5:15pm I walk in to see what was taking so long, only to see the associates hanging around. I asked about my order as they were hanging out and one of the lead associates comes over and shows me my order on his phone and I noticed that they had a whole bunch of orders not even processed yet while the lead is laughing and hanging out. Then he asked if I still want my order, if so then he’ll make the other girl go and get the order. I told him to cancel the order because I noticed that they purposely didn’t do their job on purpose, nor did they even care that I’ve been waiting for my order and I left.

Worse tire shop in America! Crooks! They messed up and stripped my lug nuts and bolts and try to blame my car when it came in perfect shape with all its lug nuts. Read all the tire shop reviews for this place it’s the same problem and mistake they make on customers wheels, all the reviews say the customers lug nuts were stripped and damaged! Please stay away from here, when they mess up and instead of apologizing and taking responsibility they blame the customer for their incompetence. The mechanic couldn’t even take responsibility and tried to make an excuse. I think he’s name is Enrique, he’s crooked along with the rest of them. Their manager as well, named Pa tried to take the employees side until I said my car came in with all its lug nuts and they messed it up. Check out the pictures below. Don’t come here it’s a nightmare. Cowards, liars, and sorry excuse of a mechanic.

Sam's club is a warehouse store that is fun to look around in. This store is clean, Well stocked, and bright. This location is at least a weekly stop for us, whether for shopping or gas. My favorite part of Sam's Club is Scan and Go, where I can shop, scan my items, and check out on my phone, and head for the exit. The convenience of this has me shopping here more often, than Costco which is about a mile closer to home.

With the food cost rising and rising and rising, you save more when buying in bulk. It is one of the reasons why I opened up a Sam’s club membership. I even upgraded to the premium level so I can go to the app and place my order, then pick up at whenever time I reserve at no fees. Conveniency of pick up, efficiency and saving a bundle on bulk is worth the cost of the membership. Shipping is also free.
