I've used sentry storage twice in the last two years. My first year my unit and all my things were ruined by the weather, which was out of their control understandably.
This year my unit was broken into and I was robbed of thousands of dollars worth of cloth, shoes, and electronics. The manager didn't even reach out to me about the incident. The staff on the other hand did and was super nice and understanding about the situation.
From my understanding they rent to the homeless.
They're able to walk around the place freely. They were sleeping in a unit for days while they were cutting down the walls to 7 + units. I do not recommend renting here if you have high value things. They're expensive for the amount of security they do not have. The cameras are cheap and the units are mostly made of plywood inside. Not secure.

Terrible customer service. I reserve online for my storage. Lady at the front took more than 2 hours to give me my storage. She disrespectful, rude and completely don't understand how to deal with Deaf people. I felt like an idiot and a fool while waiting!! And I haven't even gotten my agreement paper!!! I will be looking for another storage location!
