walked in the other day to stock up on some
Items that I needed. I went in after my lash appointment.. I was wearing my sunglasses because my lashes hadn’t settled & they looked super extra & I felt a bit insecure about it. Soon as I walked in I was greeted my an employee. this employee was tall, white with blonde hair. from the moment I walked in, this woman began following me.. stood behind me as I shopped & made me feel really uncomfortable. I was looking for a Fenty Beauty contour stick, I asked her if she had any more in stock.. she looked at me & walked away. An employee named Tyra came up to me and offered assistance . Found me the product I was looking for and even helped me pick out a few more items. She was super sweet and very helpful. I believe the other woman that was following me was a manager however, she made me feel super uncomfortable. after I got home , I thought about it and broke down. I was really disappointed that someone would judge me and treat me this way. I went back the next day and returned everything . Ulta would

I am very, very new to the make up scene and honestly these kind of make up stories Give me so much anxiety because I don’t know what products work for my skin and look good with my facial features and when there is 100+ different brands with all the colors and the technologies and the magic it can get pretty overwhelming. I’m not sure if the employees there noticed or just saw that I was in there for quite a long time, but they were absolutely phenomenal and taking a second out of their day and helping me find the right product and not making me feel judged or annoying. Specifically, Tyra and Victoria were very supportive and informative. The customer service here made me feel OK with my hefty transaction and initial overwhelming feelings.

Very bad customer service, employee yelled at my daughter not even asking nicely when she was spraying a perfume that had the lid open and was half way so she assumed it was a tester

I can not say enough about the staff hands down the most creative, funny, and talented individuals I have been blessed to meet. They have always been helpful and accommodating to my lack of make up skills...lol. My go to store always!! Shy, the store manager, will also take care you.

Thank you AJ for helping me on 2/16/24! I’ve been trying to get my foundation perfectly matched for a long time. I was so worried because after multiple attempts with other beauty, stores and Sephora, I’ve never been perfectly matched, or even close enough. AJ worked his magic and matched me perfectly, I got the Fenty beauty 24 hour foundation. And he helped me pick out a foundation brush and blush brush. He was the sweetest!

Everyone looks the part of a beauty product supplier store.
The store can get a little busy due to it being in the Mall but put a smile on, let the helpful staff help you and greet you with a smile back, and get out of there. Gave it a 4 because when I went in, people acted like they were selling free Candy.
