I would NOT ever recommend this absolute horrible, daunting, unprofessional workplace environment ground settings due to formerly witnessing my older family relative being mistreated as if this Shell gas station convenience food mart affiliates with some type of government recognized correctional facility or possibly jail/prison. The current manager and former manager have both undoubtedly presented unprofessional work etiquette then obviously failed to address major failures within this poorly structured shopping marketplace system. Literally almost everything is overpriced utilizing price-gouging sales tactics and too many homeless citizens roam around on the streets asking for cigarettes, tobacco, lighters, and money for something to eat and drink. The quality of customer care services are completely unacceptable and needs significant improvement, especially during late evening and nighttime conditions. I will be truly honest and straightforward, quit harassing your own quality customers just because of witnessing Downtown Sacramento city related social problems and experiencing other business related issues please. Because administrative role employees end up misusing and abusing their positions by demoralizing their spirits then eventually create psychological stressors amongst poor public customer service relations. Open up and regularly clean the restrooms during janitorial/custodian maintenance times please. Simply learn how to professionally serve your local communities and insert BOGO price clearance sale markings on item dispensed goods (chocolates, beverages, and chips) upon implementing improved quality customer care services. I' am really hoping the Shell gas corporate management team reviewed this concern and shed light at the end of tunnel upon the darkness please. This is the third time in the past month and a half I have stopped at this gas station to fill up my trucks tank. The restroom is always “out of order.” I refuse to give my money to a company that will not allow its customers to relieve themselves. Ridiculous.

I had to return to get a car wash because birds have no respect for cars sadly. This location is off of Richard's blvd somewhat Jiboom area so it has sketchy characters. This location besides having dirty brushes and not even a five minute wash is a scam like I'm a loop rewards member and this location offers a 8 10 and 12 dollar wash however I say it's a scam because why do I have to get gas here to save a dollar when as a member I should already be getting a dollar off my wash purchase so technically I'm not getting the true rewards perk because they're scamming people a dollar that you're supposed to get Off I won't be returning here nor So recommend this place to a family or friend.

When one has a gas issue In CA: I'm sure businesses take a financial hit due to the highest taxed gas around, but ultimately us consumers take the final reaming. It's sad that my $70. Tank of shell gas doesn't provide a working toilet but it'll pay for the feces removal off the sidewalk of the heavily soiled Capitol city of SAC-ra-MENSOS.

This place could be great bc its right off the freeway has a car wash its a Shell. Customer service needs major work. People who cant get a job anywhere else must work here. I have a problem everytime i come here. I only come for the gas!!
