me and my 3 friends walked to the door and they ran and locked the doors we just wanted to get some drinks and they let everybody else in but us 4 we weren't stealing we had our money and they spit at the windows on us flipped us off and said foul language at us 4 kids don't ever come here if your black and young they wouldn't let you in !!

October 2023, One day, as I looked through the shelves for snacks they'd regularly have, their suspicion reached new heights. They watched my every move, convinced I was plotting like a thief. The cashier's hawk-like gaze at the counter only fueled my paranoia. Aware of the fact I'm a regular everyday customer. Do they just not like people? But why do they work there if they're so fucking rude to customers they're PAID to service... I don't get it at all...

This place needs to be out of business due to their dishonesty, scamming money out of people, and rude treatment to customers. Read the reviews below!The older gentleman is grumpy, rude, and has a mean face. First time, I asked him to check for my balance on my giftcard, he actually charged me $1.25 for looking it up. I didn’t know it until I looked at the receipt. Worst of all, I was treated poorly. Poor guy, he needs to retire soon.

This shell gas station is in a prime location in Sacramento, just across the street from Arden Fair Mall. Their gasoline prices are a little higher than the other Shell gas stations in the other part of the city. But I think it is understandable. I used this gas station and purchased it from the convenience store many times because of its location. The gas station is always clean, and the pumps are operated whenever I'm here. They have an excellent food truck that is usually here. Make it easy for me to get my gas and food simultaneously. I like the seating area next to the food truck when they are here. The convenience store here has most of the snacks I want in stock. The workers are fast and reliable too. This shell gas station is at the corner of two busy streets. But the entrances are designed very well and widely open. Make it very easy to go in and out every if you're driving a bigger vehicle or truck.

I’ve been working down the street from this shell station for the last six years now. So you could say that I come here a lot. After reading the reviews about sketchy transactions it makes me think that they never once gave me a receipt for my transactions ever.However what was my last straw with them tonight was that I went through the car wash after getting gas and only half of the car wash worked.I went back to the pump and cleaned my own windshield and pondered whether I was gonna say . to the tenant or not.After noticing how dirty my car was I decided that $10 is $10 and it should be a better wash than it was.The tenant said they wouldn’t do a refund but that I could go through the wash again.But then he actually had the decency to accuse me of driving through the car wash with a different car because my car wasn’t wet!!! YEA because your car wash was terrible sir! would you like to check your cameras? I already gave you my receipt even.And as he kept accusing me of getting a different car he kept repeating that he would go check his cameras because they have cameras right there. PLEASE DUDE GO CHECK YOUR CAMERAS NOW ACTUALLY. SMH. The nerve this man had.. disgusting* note the top of the car wash brush is not even wet.

Warning!Always CONFIRM THE AMOUNT ON THE SCREEN for what they are charging you for!I just didn't, and they charged $100 on my card instead of $20!!!I was already out of the city by the time I noticed the fraud!You better AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU CAN!

Caution!!! They are charging extra amounts on the same transaction.Terrible... they are charging different amounts on my card on the same reference transaction... August 9th I only refueled 30USD... they are charging more than 50USD.I'll never come back.

Hello I came here at 6:22pm on 01/09/2022 they shorted me on my gas I went back and told them they shorted me on my gas she had the nerve to tell me she wouldn’t short me but she did short me and would not give me my money back that she at least shorted me on her numbers on the receipt are AB123 till drawer 1 transaction number 1024337 cashier 3 do not go to her or at least count your money to her in her face otherwise they will short you on gas

They are prejudiced/biased at this Shell: I needed to use the atm but was told they were currently closed (doors locked). I drove off but noticed the Shell employee allowed 2 caucasian women inside the store and apparently locked the doors again. They also charge you extra for gas per gallon if you're not getting a car wash. No incentive more like extortion.

as always, shell is the worst place on the block. Highest gas prices in the region. Less than a block away is a gas station with prices almost $0.40 cheaper.
