Go check pump 4 and pick up your calls as well as don't steal peoples money when your pump don't shut off and when you are told about it don't have your employees standing around with hands in pocket not knowing what to do or how to shut a pump off and refunding money I pumped so called 30 dollars of gas and it was all air

I went there last Saturday afternoon at around 1PM to get a car wash. The mart was closed at 1PM on a busy Saturday afternoon! And the sign on the door lists the hours as being open 24/7. This happens frequently at this Shell. So I went across the street to the 76 station for my car wash. They got my business instead.

Someone installed a card scanner on one of their pumps and tried to buy $85. worth of gas using my card number. Fortunately, I was using my ATM card so the purchase got declined since they couldn't access my Pin number. I tried calling the station, but no one answered the phone. Be careful.

I got gas here today on the way to pickup my friend to go hiking. It's located on the corner of Fair Oaks Blvd. and Watt Ave. and there are another three gas stations on the other corners. There wasn't any homeless people lingering when I got gas which was refreshing since that is omnipresent when getting gas in Midtown. I appreciated being able to gas up in peace without being bothered by anyone. The other gas stations are 76, Chevron and ARCO, but this one was most convenient for me based on the direction I was headed. Gas cost me $3.29/gal for Unleaded which I didn't mind paying. I noticed that there was also a car wash at this location and that the store is 24 hours. I would consider coming to this gas station again since I had no issues on this visit.

These guys tell you REALLY CONFUSING sentences to see if you know about cars. The manager will say things like "We had to do this...." after briefly explaing "what your car needs." ...Leaving you to ask something along the lines of "wait? So did you do that or no?" I had needed my front rotors/breaks replaced and later asked for some factory rims I bought off craigslist to be installed, along with an oil change. The price went from $685 to almost $1,000 all for an oil change and installing some factory rims that I DELIVERED to the mechanic. The manager then told me that they "couldnt" get the rim off my old tire and that they had to sell me one of their used tires and that I "should throw away" my old tire. AS SOON AS I LEFT, my car was still making the noise it was making when I dropped it off. I brought it back and the mechanic acted like it was an accident. On top of that, when I got home I was able to get the tire off my old rim in 15 seconds (the owner said "youre tire is stuck in that rim, we couldnt get it off). These guys are the type of mechanics that "fix your car" and then "find something new" to fix. If they can get away with breaking your car and charging you more trust me....THEY WILL. Please, if youre reading this. DO NOT GO HERE.

Half of the pumps were out of service or must go inside to pay cashier. Pump that did work took two minutes to process the transaction before we could pump gas and "yes receipt" got no receipt. No good for a pretty new gas station, won't bother again.

Carwash doesn't accept card payment so basically you Always have to pay inside. Set up to pay inside and be charge a fee for carwash when you pay inside. I asked the employee why does the machine outside does not work, she told me they will not fix that.
