I am a General contactor and I am a frequently customer of shell for many years. Yesterday at this location was a terrible experience I was treated like garbage!! for some white man red color hair low life worker he was racist and made racist profiling on me. Terrible experience please be careful !
They hate good Customers !!!

I went to put gas in my car today and also got a car wash. After getting this car wash I looked at my vehicle and realized during the car wash it chipped my paint on my passenger side. When I tried to contact the store no one answered and I have not been able to have this situation taken care of. This happened on 6/1/2024 around 1pm pst.

Awesome place to get gas. Download the app and sign up to get a couple cents off gas.If you decide to get a car wash, check to ensure it’s working first. We paid for gas and a car wash at the pump but found out it was broken by reading the posted sign. We ended up coming back later for a car wash.

This is the only station that offers air and water outside the facilities are clean and it's well-lit the other gas stations down the street all do not have any of these services

One of you cashiers is giving away products at employee discount prices to anyone she sees fit to. Prolly costing you 100s of dollars maybe even 1000s a year just letting you know.

The 2 ladies were smoking and saw me pull up and told me they were closed. It wasn't what they had to say but how they said it that was super rude. 9/16 12:22am Will never come back here.

At approximately 7:20 a.m. on June 3, 2021, I was denied service after filling up my tank and purchasing a car wash that cost $71.19 because I sought to purchase food for a young homeless man! I intended to buy one breakfast sandwich, one empanada, fried potatoes, a 20 ounce Pepsi and a large package of Twix. The clerk asked, "Are you purchasing this for the homeless man outside?" I replied yes. She responded, "We are not allowed to serve him. He has been rude to our customers." I responded, "Never mind...I'll purchase it for myself." She said, "But, you are going to give it to him." I exclaimed, "I will make sure he leaves your property." She retorted, "I cannot sell it to you." I asked, "Are you denying me service?" She replied, yes. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager supported the clerk's position. The manager followed me outside. I informed the young man "they won't allow me to purchase any food for you." He began to cry. The manager told the young man, "You need to leave or I will call the police on you." I asked the young man, "Do you want McDonalds?" He replied yes. I drove him to McDonalds and purchased his meal. I returned to the Shell station about 8:30 a.m. to retrieve my refund for the $13.00 car wash I had purchased. Since I was denied service, I did not wish to give my additional service to this franchisee. If I could have returned the $58.19 worth of gasoline I had purchased at the pump, I would have. I filed a complaint with Shell corporation and was informed they could not guarantee the franchisee would call me. So I also provided the manager my contact information. By the way, when I spoke to the manager the first time, I asked for the owners contact information and was told he would not provide it to me but to give him my information. It's been a week and I have not received a call or email from the franchisee.! Hence, this post. I am temporarily residing in Sacramento and frequent other businesses in this area weekly. This was my first time purchasing gasoline at this location. I had intended to purchase gasoline from this location in the future due to its convenient location, but since I was refused service, I will NEVER patronize this location. My experience with this franchisee has also tainted my desire to patronize other Shell locations in Sacramento since I do not wish to patronize this franchisee.

Bought Corona extra beer 12pkTasted flat. Whole pack probably got warm outside the cooler which they put it back in the cooler and sold it. Poor service!!

Honestly the gas is pricey though I happened to go for a car wash at five in the morning going on six and I paid and well the car wash malfunctioned and the cashier wasn't able to refund me so he put in for another wash the code was invalid so I had to wait awhile and eventually the manager showed up and gave me the best wash available for my time length of waiting. I have never been treated with so much courtesy in a business and it surprised me which made the start of my morning go a little better. Thank You and will return again since car wash prices are decent and affordable! Also honestly quick quack is more expensive for crappy washes in my opinion. Rewards program is also available which can help you save a little

Do not purchase their car wash. Wasted $13 for their ultimate car wash. Seems like only high pressure is used, without any soap or soft bristle or brushes. Still had bird p*** chunks all over.
