After a 10hrs shift, I went to put air in my tire but my tire kept loosing air. So V helped me. It took a few tries but he was able to fill up my tire. He went above and beyond out in the cold. I am still extremely grateful. I was tired and my car tire was giving me troubles. But V saved the day. That little gesture made my drive back home so peaceful and stress free. After working all night. Such a great employee. He needs a raise!

This used to be my go to Shell station in the area. Car wash water smells bad (don't run your a.c. while using it), water pressure is weak, and soap hardly has any pressure when it's sprayed onto your vehicle. It was not worth 15.99

Their car wash machine is kind of broken. Soap leaking down instead of getting on to the car. Water is not getting on to car properly.

This shells customer service could really use some work. I stopped in to purchase gas, and ended up paying on the wrong pump. I let the cashier know that I’d need to transfer to a new pump, and he said ok. As I began to pump I realize the gas isn’t pumping and am motioned by the associate to come back inside where he advises me that I’ll have to pay again at the new pump. I asked for a voided receipt for the old pump but I was told that it wasn’t possible. At this time I was also confronted in a very hostile and unprofessional manner by another workers who’s training the new employee I’m speaking with. They couldn’t give me clarity as to why they couldn’t void it but “assured” me that since I did not use the funds it’ll go back to my card. Yet still could not provided me with a voided receipt.
I encourage current leadership at this facility to support staff with their customer service skills as well as teaching them how to generate receipts. Also for the young man I spoke too, training the new employee, there’s a time and a place to express your frustration, and that’s not in front of the customer. Regardless if you were irritated because you had to keep cutting your break short because your colleague is new and you have to provide support, that energy should not be shown or directed towards customers.
I guarantee you that this Shell will not receive another dime of my money, even it it were the only store on earth.

I have come in here four different times! Each time I have been looked at as if I’m trying to manipulate them for a dollar off coupon that I have received in the LOOP APP. The first time the Manger did give me the coupon discount (after making me sit through a 10 minute process) It is an absolute hassle EVERYTIME! Except when the gentleman with the beenie helps me out I Get it we are in a bad part of town. I am very formal when I go in. If I were to decide to “scam” someone it certainly wouldn’t be for a dollar off coupon Because I dislike the management style I will not be returning. Very clean store though:) that’s about the only nice thing I have to say about this store!

I will let you know that I used to work for this company. From the general manager all the way down to the manager. This is the most incompetent company I have ever worked for. They do not train their people correctly. They throw their people to the wolves. I called the general manager a couple of times to talk to him about some situations that were happening in the store. All he did was blow me off. The manager did not like me. Somebody came in and stole some thing and I told them to put it back. They just ran out the door. They fired me over this. Asked if I ran after him and confronted him they would've fired me for that. A drug attic came out of the restroom one time and punched me in the nose for no reason. I had to go to the hospital. Not one person from the manager to the general manager ever asked me if I was OK. This is the strangest most messed up place I've ever worked for! Crazy town!

I'm at the gas station I paid for a car wash and bought gas there's nobody in the building and it's 6:17 p.m. the machine didn't give me a receipt at the pump and nobody inside. Phone is off the hook

No Apple Pay or “contactless” payment system available at the pump compared to other gas stations. First world problem I know, but I don’t want to bring my wallet out if I don’t have to. Would be safer and more convenient to wave my smart watch.

Nice staff members. Clean environment. Car Wash available. Open 24/7. Available restrooms for customers. Credit, debit and EBT accepted. Fuel pump maximum per transaction for credit card is 130.00, but can do multiple transactions. Slurpy, phone chargers, scratchers, lottery, hats, loop rewards and much more, always stocked up. No alcohol and menthol products here. Also propane exchange or purchase served here.

Unless your okay with thieves, avoid this place! Seriously.. Thieves literally work in this place! Stopped for a snack... Sent my gdaughter in (looks younger than her age), and she decided to buy a Ty stuffed fox with a 20$ bill, because I also needed some change. She comes back to the car, and I ask for the receipt re snacks, but turns out she wasn't given one. I asked her how much the fox was, and where my change was for that... Then I told her to go back and get a receipt, as well as the rest of the money that she was stiffed. Because guess what!?! The fox was only $6.99, with tax, $7.55 at the most... She was given only 8$ back in change, so she was also stiffed on the change! I did ask her if the money was counted back to her, as is proper, and she said no, that he just handed her the change. The cashier was a white dude, with curly red hair! When my gdaughter went back in to ask for a receipt and the rest of her money, he apologized to her for "accidentally" charging her for a LIGHTER! How do you ACCIDENTALLY pick up and scan an item on someone's tab!!! He printed out a duplicate receipt (which is printed on the top of the receipt) for her, and then gave her an additional 2$ back... The lighter itself was 2.50 + tax, which means she had now received only 10$ back in change, and it STILL DID NOT ADD UP to 20$!! Unfortunately, I had an appt to get to and was now running late... I attempted calling to speak with a manager... TWICE! Two different days! Both times I was told there was no manager on duty!!! My guess is they have no care for what's going on in their store with their employees!!! Because either their employees lied about no manager on duty (repeating loudly over the phone that there was no manager on duty, which should have been heard because I was getting pissed and insistent!)... Or... The manager simply had no desire to listen to their customers! Either way... They're thieves!!! And I don't care if it was a damn nickel! They seen an easy mark with my gdaughter, and took the shot, and I can guarantee that not only did that cashier not expect her to come back in and ask for a receipt and her money, but he's stolen money from others as well!!!
