We will do everything we can. We strive for nothing short of a perfect experience. We have the coolest tenants. Main characters, all of you. We have the coolest staff, also main characters, in addition to being your side characters.

The process in obtaining my storage was so up to the times. Unlike other storage places i have rented from where everything is dated. The process was quick and easy. When i say up to date with paperless contracts. Thinking of the environment. Good job. And the customer service was professional and polite and welcoming. Which is a always a good sign of happy establishment. Need i say more YES.....THE PROPERTY WAS CLEAN AND FREE OF DEBRIS.....which is a good sign that some cares for the place. I'm a Happy Renter!

William "Billy" Whitten is a first rate manager. He's knowledgeable, personable, and easy to do business with. We rented a 10' x 15' space today, completed the 15-page contract, start to finish, in under 30 minutes...a record! It is a pleasure to recommend "Billy" and the Shield Storage on Folsom Boulevard, Sacramento, without reservation.

Called up the day of needing a storage, Billy the manager was very welcoming, informative and accommodating to what I needed immediately. Got me in the same day. Even helped me suggest what size I would need based on telling him what items I will have stored. He was responsive and kept communication to any questions. The facility here was clean and presentable. This was my first time renting a storage and it was near the area I needed to keep my stuff in for a short time. I would recommend this place, the customer service here was professional.

Be careful... Once you get your stuff in there... they raise the price on you because they are banking on the belief that most people don't want to be bothered with relocating... and (insurance is "mandatory")... It's like an extra $15 or $20 and only covers a small amount of loss... There have been some break-ins... so consider other options before this place... It's new and they are trying to make up for the cost of construction and vacant units at the customer's expense.(Recent update July 13, 2023) I am moving out next month! A 5% increase in violation of original agreement. (Buyer be AWARE!!!)
