I am and frequent shopper and was thoroughly disappointed today with my visit. I did not bring a bag, and decided to buy a reusable bag. The cashier Alissa was so rude, she said the bag needs to have a tag, and proceeded to argue with me that she could not ring it up, and then decided to ring it up as one of my items... then all of my produce was weighed and just tossed to the end as if she was mad and then would not bag my groceries,not that it was alot but I have never been treated this badly. I may need to shop at a different location if this is the quality of service we can expect.

Genuinely mind-boggling how rude Alissa was. I am unsure why such rude people are being hired here. I get it you hate your job, but you should still show people basic decency. I will not be returning until nicer employees are hired.

I used to love going to this store everyday and i lovedd the old workers, but some of the news are just plain rude and disrespectful. The last time I went, I was embarrassed and called an alleged liar. Wanted to go buy some meat that was on sale, and when I brought it up to counter, it didn’t ring up as sale price. So I asked the cashier about it and she asked if I needed help with my math and that it’s not on sale cause if it was, it’d say so. I told her they were and she angrily went to grab an ad to show me that i was indeed right and she was wrong, which made her even more mad. She had to call the manager on duty to fix the item so I can get it at the sale price as stated on the ad. Totally disgusting behavior and left a bad taste in my mouth. Never went back since, and this was a couple months ago.

Cashier at register 2 was rude, unprofessional, and nasty.
And this wasn't even to me.
To another customer. She should be fired.

Five years ago, because I couldn't buy toilet paper, a friend recommended me to smarfinal. I started using the single-ply tissue paper, which was very useful. I kept buying there until this time. The paper quality was different from before and was very poor. I asked for a return, but because I didn't have a receipt, the waiter said it couldn't be returned. I just left the paper and left. Four years ago, I opened a restaurant. For all my alcohol, drinks, takeout, disposable cups, sugar, and some fruits and vegetables, I would go to smarfinsl once a week. But after this time, I will never go there again. They are not wrong, but this is the only time I have returned something in five years, and I have seen the service of this supermarket clearly!two years befor. I give 5start. today I change it!and say goodby!

Be careful not to place twelve pack sodas on the angry older Black lady clerks’ cashier belt. Got my ears blown out yesterday for it. Not a pleasant experience.

Produce is not the freshest, always seems to be going half bad. Customer service is the worst, female cashier was throwing my groceries across the table and tossing food cans into the bags like she's mad. Sorry you don't like your job but it's not our fault

The cashier who rung me up seemed pretty much rude, Stephanie. I've gotten very tired of employees who don't feel like being at work, don't take it out at me, that's between her and her boss NOT ME!! Keep attitude to yourself!! DON'T NEED IT!! Customers are what keeps businesses going, that's how that works!!
