My Daughter visited your store a few weeks back and told me about her awesome experience. Having a large chest is difficult to find a good bra that holds everything in and feel secure. So I went last weekend and met Bernardine. She changed my life at this visit. For the first time in my adult life, I have bras that actually fit, are super soft, comfy and that I do not fall out of. For the first time in my adult life, I am not reaching in my shirt adjusting myself after I bend over. I have already been back since that first visit. I threw away all of my bras the day after my first visit. Thank you for providing a great product and the awesome customer service.

Soma was the best find! I found my go to t-shirt thanks to Liz. She was an absolute god send. She measured me & brought several bras after mentally noting my likes & dislikes and issues with straps slipping off the shoulders continuously. After several tries, we found the most comfortable perfect bra. It fits perfectly & I forget I'm even wearing it! Totally be back for my next perfect find & Liz is definitely my recommendation for a dream fit.Shirley T

Wanted to share my experience at Soma today. I drive 40 minutes to exchange a gift of brand new leggings with tags for a different size and a women named Bernice stated she could not do an even exchange. She offered me the sale price because she wouldn’t know how much were payed for them without a receipt. I was unable to exchange the leggings. After speaking with a few family friends whom have worked for this company they stated this is not Soma return policy. Bernice was very impatient and seemed bothered through the whole interaction. Even the friend I was with was confused by her behavior. I will definitely not be returning to this store and will contact corporate regarding this experience.

When I called about a manufacturing problem with the bra that I purchased which I had not wore yet because it was strapless, I bought at the end of December beginning of January... When I called , the manager said, basically said it's not their problem if you do not take it back within 60 days .I said it was a manufacturing problem. I did not want my money back what I wanted was a new bra that was comfortable to wear instead of having the bones gouge me in the side. I was told I could take it in for them to inspect, but she could not assure anything to me? WHY MAKE THE TRIP IF YOUR ALREADY TELLING ME THIS IS MY FAULT?!!As the manager consistently talked over me while I was talking and basically is telling me she CANNOT help me since I did not know there was a problem with the bra and I waited longer Than I should've I guess... I should've wore all of the bras as soon as I got them but I didn't figuring that they had PROBLEMS WITH THE NEW BRAS.Ask me if I'm going to go back to this location ? I will NOT be and I will NOT suggest anybody goes over to the pavilions soma because the management sucks and will NOT listen to anybody and treats you like you are a common thief. Oh by the way I paid for all of my bras, but evidently they do not guarantee the craftsmanship on their bras. GREAT NEWS SOMA! ALSO TO THE MANAGER YOUR SCREAMING OVER ME TALKING WAS SO PROFESSIONAL YOU CAME OFF LIKE A ASSHOLE. FU

I visited the store for the first time and planned on browsing a bit but didn't think I'd end up buying anything. Liz assisted me and helped me find F O U R bras that I love!! She was so knowledgeable on all of the inventory. She measured me and brought me items to try and if it didn't work, she asked what I liked and disliked about it, and brought me more options. I will absolutely be shopping here again and I hope to work with Liz again. She is wonderful.

Interesting experience. I went in and the staff were very friendly but when I told them my size and what I wanted, they demanded to size me themselves and proceeded to tell me that what I told them was wrong. We then spent the next 30 min of going back and forth with different sizes just for them to get to the size I told them I was originally. It’s like maybe I know what I’m talking about?? A couple months later, 2 of the bras I got broke. I‘ll update to see how they handle this and if they’ll fix them. Now the underwear I got… you can tell that they were all cut differently despite being the same size. Some fit very well and others are so disproportionate I wonder how they were put out. I’ve heard good things about Soma from other people, but I will not be returning there again.

I went here for the first time about a year ago for a new bra. The employees were all very nice, friendly, and helpful. That's the only good thing I have to say. The woman who helped me didn't know how to measure correctly, and calculated my measurements quite a bit smaller than what they are. I explained this to her, but she said that's what the measurements were showing. So I could only get my correct size by trying on bras until we found one that fit me correctly. Even then, the bra never felt that great, and I should have just returned it but I didn't - my bad. Now at only a year later the bra's underwires have broken through through and are painfully poking me, necessitating a new bra. Decent bras last longer than just a year! It's so hard to find my size bra in this area, and I'm disappointed that the only nearby place that does is incompetent. I'll have to drive to the other side of town now to find a place that works for me.

My friend and myself came into Soma located in the pavilions in Sacramento ca at approximately 6:47 on may 6th 2022. We were greeted kindly and an associate reminded us that the store closes at 7pm (which we were grateful for since I was not aware). Then she proceeded to help us find what we needed. Halfway thru us getting what we needed a man came in and proceeded to talk rudely and condescendingly to the kind ladies who were helping us. Yelling that his wife was mistreated. Now seeing the review the said wife posted, she got angry and offended by the fact that an associate reminded her that the store closes at 7. The ladies handled the situation very nicely and proceeded to help us out. I appreciate our experience at soma

On May 6, 2022, at approximately 6:40pm I arrived at the Soma store located in the Pavilions shopping center in Sacramento, CA. I have shopped at this location for years now and have always enjoyed my experience until today. When I entered, I immediately greeted the two employees by saying "hello". I was excited to finally make it to the store and shop as I received gift cards. Upon me sharing that I was "ready to shop" one of the sales associates (this could have been the manager thinking about it now) said they were closing at 7pm. This individual said it in an impolite manner and firmly. The tone and delivery came off rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. In my opinion, a poor example of customer service. I thought for a second maybe it was my presentation when I entered the store or maybe because I'm a woman of color. I had already planned to rush as I did not want to entrude on their business hours. I was already aware that the store closed at 7pm and drove across town. I asked the sales associate why said told me the store hours and she said because I shared that wanted to shop and that the store closes at 7pm. If this is the case why keep the store open at 6:40pm. I further shared that I would be making a complaint and I asked for her name. This individual declined to provide me her name, she said she "didn't need to give me her name." Soma if arriving at your store is too inconvenient for your staff please advise future patrons so they don't waste their time at your store!

This has become my go-to store for everyday comfortable bras but I'm finding they've got some super cute styles in both bras and panties too! Customer service at this location is great. There was one woman who was seriously like a "bra whisperer" but I did not see her on my last visit. Still, the sales associate who worked with me most recently was very helpful and attentive. I had her do a measurement on me, and while I'm not convinced the size she picked out was the right one, I appreciate the service she provided. Added pluses would be the parking lot out front, eating places nearby, and cleanliness and organization of the store.
