The wait was a bit long. There were only two staff members assisting customers. Unfortunately, I’ll have to return and get service for something that should have been taken care of at my initial visit, but nope..I have to go back ?

The customer service there is amazing……however they need to do something about the ventilation in there,,….they have no air conditioning I went in there to get a phone but had to leave because it was way to hot in there…..I feel bad for the employees everyone is sweating it’s unbearable

I had a really complicated issue with needing to upgrade my new phone to the same phone with bigger memory, and Barb was extremely helpful. She made sure to check that I was qualified for the promos I had, and when it didn't look like it was going to be honored, she patiently waited for me to get in touch with the customer service rep (even though it was like 20 minutes until closing). Once we did contact, she helped outline the problem with professionalism and conciseness. Thankfully, my issue was resolved, and she double-checked everything was in order before doing anything permanent.I really appreciate the attention to detail, the endless patience, and clarity Barb brought. =]

I started a new account today and paid for 3 lines & paid for a brand new iphone pro at a different store. Came in later today to this store because this was the only store with a gold iPhonepro in the area. They refused to sell me one because my ID was misplaced and I only had my temporary ID. I told them it was strange they were refusing to sell me a phone because I bought 3 lines and a brand new phone today in person at a different store with that same temporary ID card with no problems. They told me it was 20 minutes to closing and that they can't help me because they were about to leave and that if I need anything I should just come back in tommorow morning. I explained I wouldn't be able to do that since I would be at work & they shrugged and said sorry we can't help you. The team on staff had absolutely 0 interest in helping me because they only had 20 minutes left until closing- pretty pathetic. I ended up going to a different tmobile store and buying an iPhone pro this same night with my temporary ID card- no problems...

I went into T-Moblie yesterday and was blown away by the fantastic service. I needed a phone fast, for my sister and Andrew got me in and out quickly with the best deal. Andrew had to go to another location to pick up the phone I wanted. He called me back in a little over an hour with the phone in the store. When I came by to pick up the phone Kyle was right there to help me since Andrew wasn't available. Kyle also was awesome. I have been in Retail for many years and I have to say, rarely do I see this kind of service! Keep up the good work!

On Saturday, we went to a Tmobile in Greenhaven, Sacramento CA, asking about a family plan for two lines. The sales rep named Kyle told us there is a promotion for Magenta Max for $140 for three lines (which will be the same price for 2 lines and the third line is for free). Even though we only needed 2 lines, we decided since the 3rd line it's free, we will just go ahead and sign up for 3 lines. And for whatever reason, the sales rep have to call Tmobile to combined or upgrade the account which made us waited for like 1 hour and 30 minutes. After he upgraded our account, he told us that he made a mistake about the promotion, it's 4 lines instead of 3. And the price will be from $140 to $155, and it will be only for a magenta plan, not the magenta max which he told us from the beginning. Then he said since it's only $15 more, it's a better deal to get 4 lines and we are qualified to get 2 free phones. And by that time we were about 2 hours n 30 mins in the stores, so we said ok thinking it's just an honest mistake. So after spending 3 hours in the store, we went back online to check to see if our monthly plans have been updated. And instead of seeing the bill as $155, we saw the bill as $203. We looked at the breakdown of the bill, each new line costs $25/ month. And we also saw the promotion on the Tmobile website saying 2 lines for Magenta Max is only $140 including taxes and fees. So we got furious about how Kyle lies to us about opening up 2 unnecessary lines. And we then realized why he had taken away the promotion flyer when setting up our account. I just want to say I am a loyal customer of Tmobile for more than 9 years, and this is the worst Tmobile customer service I've ever deal with. It seems like they are making us opening new lines as a scam. Anyway, I've to spent another 2 hours calling Tmobile online and getting it straight, I've canceled the 2 extra lines and returned the "free" phones. I will never go back to that sales rep or back in the Greenhaven store for inquiry and I hope Tmobile won't charge us for restocking fee as this is totally a mislead from the sales rep named Kyle.

Terrible customer service I came in to get a new phone and the whole time I was there they didn't greet me at all and didn't ask if I needed help. I walked out it felt uncomfortable. Don't recommend going to this one at all.

With sprint and t-mobile merging I had some difficulties with my sprint plan and my phone recently stopped charging passed 5%. I went in, and if your wondering there is not a tech here (Laguna and Howe locations only have on-site techs for sprint customers), but found out that sprint would charge me almost 300 to fix my phone and replace the battery. Johnathon went above most workers and help me out with a better phone with a manageable price while I had great convo with Kyle and their store manager. They are very professional and help me out with ALL my phone problems. Honestly, best experience I've had at a phone store in the past decade.
