I am a little late in writing this review but I think it is good for others to get the heads up. I was going to trade in my iPhone for a upgrade. The rep was looking at my phone asked me to unlock it, and then he attempted to walk to the back with my unlocked iPhone. I called him back, locked my phone, and handed it back to him. He then did a few more checks in front of me like plugging it in to ensure it charged, took it out of the case to look for damage. He then asked me to unlock it again which I did and he tried to walk to the back with my unlocked iPhone AGAIN!!! I stopped him and asked him why TF you keep trying to go somewhere with my unlocked phone?! We all have sensitive material on our phones. Banking, Investing, Photos, and the Notes App which lots of people keep passwords etc on. He apologized and said he needed to take it back there and I told him to give me my phone and I left. I ended up purchasing a phone from Apple directly. Please be cautious when you hand your unlocked iPhone to these employees. Identity theft is a real thing.

First of all I am already a customer of T-Mobile.I was at the State Fare and talked with Mickey.My phone has not been charging correctly and Mikey got a little tool and extracted tons of lint from charging port. It charges great now!Mickey is from this location and provided great customer support. I have always had great customer support from this location.

T Mobile store at delta shores always have an extra help to expedite the speedy customer service experience. In the last six months I visited this location 3 times and crew provided me the best service.

The excellent customer service provided by PJ Sartan earned this particular T Mobile location a 5-star based on my experience yesterday when I upgraded to an Apple 14 phone. PJ is very, very knowledgeable and tried her best to get me the best deal I can get. I have been with T Mobile for more than 3 years now after switching from the terrible experience I have had with AT&T. I have had no issues whatsoever with T Mobile. Whereas with AT&T I have to call almost every month for them to correct their inaccurate phone bill. Hence, I switched and convinced many of my relatives, friends, and colleagues to switch to T Mobile because AT&T sucks!!!

Come see Mikey! Great customer service and gives facts without trying to up sell you. He is very thorough. I had verizon and AT&T in the past. For some reason in Elk Grove, T-MOBILE is the only thing that works. Especially near delta shores. Thank you again Mike.

I'm one of those former sprint customers who got thrown into TMobile not by choice. I was profoundly upset by the lack of knowledge and customer service at the stores I've visited over the past year and during the transition phase. All of that changed today thanks to one TMobile sales technician. Mike is one of the absolute best human beings I have encountered in any business anywhere! He spent over an hour with me getting my new iPhone up and running and managed to be both professional and personable at the same time. From now on I will take all of my TMobile business to delta shores and specifically to Mike. If you are a TMobile customer or thinking of switching to TMobile please go see Mike. He will get you all squared away with a smile.

T mobile personnel Mickey Ruperto is very helpful for updating our phones and he’s knowledgeable to what my family plans needed. He’s also friendly and easy to understand explaining what is our options are.

Mikey at the Delta Shores store is amazing! I had a complicated situation and he didn't give up until it was resolved. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience.
