5 stars just to Kia!!! (I hope I’m spelling your name right) . She was incredibly informative and persuasive all throughout my visit today, she was super helpful and I could not have asked for a better experience. She was able to answer all the questions I had, and even informed me of all the awesome alternatives and options to consider. If I had more money she would’ve definitely sold me on everything she was offering. I felt super happy with all the decisions I made and it was all thanks to her and her great customer service! We need more people like her, I’d give 10 stars if I could ?.

Catherine N. (Store manager) was so helpful in assisting me with unlocking my phone. I no longer have T-Mobile but I once had Tmobile and unlocking my paid off phone was so complicated and I was going back and forth with my carrier and Tmobile and Catherine finally stepped in and truly advocated for me. She spent over an hour calling Tmobile and speaking to their customer service despite receiving pushback from them. She requested Tmobile customer service supervisor to do a 3 way call with her and my carrier and finally got my request approved. It was so frustrating but she truly did most of the work for me and I so appreciate that. She went above and beyond to help me even though I am not a current Tmobile customer. Thank you so much, Catherine!

Gavy did such an amazing job with helping us move 5 lines from Verizon. She definitely went above and beyond and helped with a smile. My mom is very happy. Thanks again for being so helpful and we really appreciate you staying late to get all the information transferred over. You rock!!!

I went to this location to get a new phone. Everything was going well. They had a great promotional deal, so the young lady was helping me, was geat but her boss wasn't. After I paid, the manager told me my phone had a crack in it, which none of us could see but her, so I decided not to get the new phone. I didn't like the way she talked to the young lady, helping me in front of me grilling her like that. The crack was so small, it was super hard to notice. So I canceled everything, and the manager you can tell was upset. The gentleman who must have been the other manager gave me another option but I declined. My old phone works fine so it must not be time for a new one.

Hi had a great experience at the t mobile store in the Safeway shopping center at calvine and elk grove florin rd. Irving was very helpful and patient. He did a great job. The store was not too busy. Highly recommended.

Costomer service, when I arrived was poor. An Asian female representative observed me waiting till a caring alternative came from the rear of the store. Didn't know she was a representative till much later. Disappointment took away the star from a fabulous store. It has the feel of a place to do work or play on your PC. Tables set up with goodie bags containing COVID related items. Great touch! Parking in the shade of trees is an added bonus! The technician who changed my screen was honest, knowledgeable and attentive. That what we expect right? Maybe your experience will be better. It's overall, Bigger thanxpected most TMobile stores and would've been the best, outside the welcome wasn't what I expected

Came in this morning after online support was unable to resolve my phone issue remotely. Catherine and Daniel were super friendly and helpful and worked together to troubleshoot a solution for me. They both were very knowledgeable about both Apple and T-Mobile protocols which made my visit quick and easy. Thank you both for the help!

Customer service lacked. The rep Abel was completely unhelpful and made me regret ever dealing with this location. This guy and some of the other reps need some more training and how to help a customer. I didn't even ask for much help but consistently got a smug look, lack of attention to my service needs and all around felt like they didn't want to help me. I can understand if they were busy......but nope not busy. Only thing they were busy with was gossip time. Arden is way better

This place was awful when it was sprint and it hasn't gotten any better now that it's t-mobile, I had extra lines added into my account that I hadn't approved and was paying for months and when I asked about it in store they accused me of lying and using these extra lines that had no usage on them, I'm sure the employee that helped me made great commision off of those extra 2 lines added to my account.

I have never experienced service like this before I went in for a repair and they came back and butchered my phone and when I confronted them they denied it and they were just awful people I honestly don't know how this location is still open I have seen many other reviews and T-Mobile I think you need to close this location or find new management and employees this one female employee was kind everyone else was horrible i am going to pursue corporate and file a report at this location I will never be returning to this location!

Fraud activity with sprint and fraud activity with Tmobile, obviously there needs to be a change in management.
