Sign shows it's supposed to be open until 7pm but it's 5:30pm and it's closed. The workers are inside cleaning everything but all the doors are already locked.

Went through the drive thru and couldn't have been greeted with better customer service. It was late in the day and close to closing, and the workers made our experience over the top! I'm definitely going to be going back.

They messed up my order. Asked to exclude certain ingredients for health reasons and they recited back my order correctly. They proceeded to make a complete opposite drink. Just go to the one on manzanita

Hours apply to drive thru and not the lobby. Lobby gets closed three hours before they actually close. Maybe update your hours to properly reflect that. Was planning on getting something. But oh well. An actual Starbucks can accept the bill and $5 top I usually leave.

Wow. this staff needs to go back to customer service training. I was having a business meeting. Long story short at 5 PM, We were told that we need to leave now as the lobby was closing. In most restaurants, they will understandably give a few minutes of grace while we wrap up. I looked to my left and a worker is staring at us. My business partner said please give us two minutes. The woman literally said no we are closed now you need to leave. I looked at the manager and she said we repeated many times that the Lobby is closing.we never heard them because we were talking. They kick us out. honestly rudely. I looked down at my phone and it is 5:03 PM all this because we were 2-3 minutes late? They should be ashamed of themselves and educated on customer service. I am not a person who complains. This was way below Starbucks standards. The one star was for the coffee. It was good.

You cannot trust their hours. They close when they want to. Service at this particular store is mediocre at best. Often our drinks were wrong.

One of the employee's was nice, but most of them when they weren't cussing at each other or swearing about the customers were giving us the stink eye. Felt like a place run by teenagers that were annoyed that we were there in the first place. Wasn't even super busy, but I did get to listen to a 20 minute diatribe about from a employee how he wanted to go off on all the customers.
