Employee servant was on the phone. Waited 10 minutes to order a Sandwich. Cause she was walking back-and-forth Overall, first time here was horrible, will not be back.

This location claims to participate in promotions but when you try to place an order they cancel your order. Save your money and go to the location at 2400 florin road. Just a few minutes away

AVOID THIS LOCATION! The subway website is not working correctly, which is not their fault. But, we walked in & stated we wanted to make sure they got the order (that we have already paid for) cause the website was acting up. They said "YES!" & gave us our order. We get home & open the bag but it's not our order. We call them, the girl answers & says "oh, we already gave your order to someone else" then she hung up. We drove over there to return the sandwiches & have our order remade. They then tell us they never got our order & we can just come back next day for a refund....Don't want a refund, we want our dinner. I of course told her about the blatant lack of work ethic on display, she calls the manager & he tells us the same. Even with my screenshot, proving I paid for my order, even when I was returning the two sandwiches they gave us that we did not order, this guy refuses to have them make our sandwiches. Never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service at a restaurant. If this happened at Starbucks, they'd give us two sandwiches & offer to let us keep the wrong ones too. Same for every other restaurant, every fast food chain. I assume this location is owned by some private party, like a franchise deal? Whoever he is, he has ZERO customer service, & would rather people not get their food than make two sandwiches. Dude, this was a $12 order. SOOOO not worth all of the trouble. You guys suck. I am sorry you had to waste the two sandwiches, I'm sure that has you're penney pinching, greedy heart breaking tonight.

Was a little taken back when I walked into the store there was a young lady mopping the floor. That same young lady went over to a sink to wash her hands for about 3 seconds and then proceeded to make the sandwich. I was glad when she put on gloves. The food was not for me so I really can't say whether it was good or bad. But it definitely looked delicious. Since I don't really eat at Subway I had no idea how expensive they were. A footlong, bag of chips and a drink. Over $20

The service here is really bad. One person serving a line of over 10 people waiting. Understandable short staff, however choosing a person with customer service skills is a must in my opinion considering. I expect a Welcome in, ill be with you in a minute. Being in a chain store in a shopping mall, I'd expect better Subway. Oh and now we all must wait because an online order just came in!

Arrived at opening 9am posted opening time was close open 9:15am.Employee was upset that I was there at opening didn't greet me are say it will be a while I have to set up,she just look at me and went to the back.The tracks where food trays sit in were filthy.I ask employee was she going to clean the tracks before she put food trays in track, she got angry and said Subway was short of employees supposed to clean at closing.Knifes were sitting in filthy metal container,I ask her not to use those knifes on my sandwiches she replied don't worry about it I have clean knifes.I took photos of the tracks before she put food trays in(SEE PHOTOS).The health department need to be aware of the uncleanness at Subway 6023 Florin Road.The employee is VERY angry that she has no help. Employee Not greatful that people are patronizing Subway 6023 florin Rd.Subway at 6023 need to be closed till owner address the filthy track issue and the handling of food product,and untensil.There NO 0 FOR RATING THAT'S WHAT I USE HAVE SELECTED.

This location is always a problem first they weren't open like they said they were and they denied me to use their subway coupons twice in the day. They said I could only use one coupon per day and it doesn't state that on the coupon they pick and choose when to open and don't honor their coupons and make up rules on how to use them.

This location is one of the most cleanest location i have ever been to. Everything is clean , fresh , and organized, customer service is 10/10 super nice and very friendly most definitely recommend and most definitely will for sure be back again.
