very disappointed in my order. I ordered 2 6inch sandwiches with one being a meatball sanwhich. when I got home, there was literally one meatball on that sandwich. that is ridiculous! I called to complain and got a voicemail. I'm going to email the corporate office tomorrow. The price of food nowadays is not going to allow me to let this slide. They will hear from me.

Terrible service. Walked in at 9am while they were getting a delivery. Screamed and shouted and nobody came. Instead chose to hid in the back like a lil girl. Terrible workers here and soggier food.

Fast service at 6:45pm on a Thursday, only 1 other customer there.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair ramp in sidewalk is maybe 20 feet or less from their front door!!!

Go here if you enjoy being disrespected and called a b!tch by employees right in front of their manager who backs them up, does nothing, joins in on the abuse, then overcharges you!I came here to get a sandwich but should have left without one. I placed my order and initially the manager Robin (I am giving a description because I don't trust that the names she gave me are accurate - heavyweight older Caucasian lady) had an attitude because I wanted mayo on my bread before the meat because according to her, it can cause the mayo to get transferred around. Anyhow, once at the register I informed Robin that I had a coupon code from a survey that I took. I showed her the code on my phone. She asked Jordan (this is the name that Robin gave me - a tall Caucasian man with long dark hair) about how to apply the code. He responded that the code had to be written down on the receipt. I ask him what receipt? He said the receipt that you were given with your last order. I told him that I did not have that receipt because I was not aware that I needed it. He said very condescendingly, that when you place an order we print out and give you piece of paper, that is a receipt. I explained to him and her that I was new to the app, and that the app had asked me to take the survey, so I did so, then the app gave me a code. I did not know I needed to keep the old paper receipt to write it on, and if they can pull my receipt from the app? Jordan said, "you don't know how to read". I asked him, "did you just say that I don't know how to read?" He said, "well obviously you otherwise you would have wrote it down on your receipt". He continued to walk away to the back still talking at me. I told him I did not want to speak with him anymore, and it was at that point that I loudly heard him call me a b!tch (Robin heard it too). I was appalled and pissed. I asked Robin at who was already irritated with me, who the manager was. She said it was her. I was shocked! I asked if she hear how he was talking to me? I asked if she allowed her employees to talk to customers this way? She said, yes, when a customer is being rude. I was blown away! I asked her how was I being rude? I told her that I just did not understand what the process was because it was the first time. How was that being rude? I wasn't yelling or anything. She said well I can just take your sandwich back and you can leave. I told her I was in the process of getting my money out and that I still wanted my sandwich. To add insult to injury , she charged me extra for cheese, and double for avocado. I should have never been charged .60 for cheese because the sandwich comes with cheese and avocado is only $1.25. My order should have come up to $9.67 however I was charged $12.77. I didn't even get a drink! If I wasn't so hungry because I had not eaten anything yet and it was 2:00 p.m., I would have left. I promise you, I will not be back!

I came in to Subway or Northgate I always wanted to come in I usually go to the subway in Norwood anyway, I came in there was no hello or hi I don’t really let it affect me if we make conversation or not. I wanted to know how much was it for a six long and the girl who attended me told me what type of bread you want and what type of meat you want when I just wanted to know the price I did not see the price on the board which I apologize after I felt bad on my part. I had to ask her again about the price before she told me the prices on the board and when she was preparing the sandwich she said what do you want what do you want on your sandwich when I said what I wanted veggies everything I’m not trying to make this a big deal but if you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on people I didn’t get upset or anything like that I had along day:/ I helped 40 people at my job I was mentally drained. The sandwich was very well prepared at least. My best wishes to the young lady.

Service/friendliness here was a bit lackluster. I have only been here a few times. Rarely go to this location which is in the FoodsCo center. If Iam grocery shopping in the day (rare), that was the only time to stop here for a late lunch.

This location is one of my favorites. They really pile on the veggies, and sauces. The service has always been great, and the restaurant is clean and tidy. They always seem to finish my app orders quickly.
