Nice neighborhood. Too pricey for me though. I went there to remove some vandalism to the statues on the premises. Not serious. Seems some bored children had a good fight.

Great, small community park. The rose bushes are amazing when they are in bloom. Family friendly, dog friendly.
Dog-friendliness: Super dog friendly! There is a nice patch of grass that is lower than the sidewalk. Gets a little muddy after heavy rain though.
