Sold an internet modem with no SIM card. A Phone which doesn't work nor connect with any of my applications. Every promotion they supposedly gave in store is being disputed by the company. Spoke to 5 customer service reps on the phone earlier; this company is a fucking joke. I'll be canceling my services.

I was in there 15 min ago trying to get 2 free Halloween bowl, I have 7 lines. I only ask for 2 bowl, they said I can only have one. So ask I get ready to leave the store this white lady come in and ask for 2 bowl and they gave it to her. This is discrimination!!!! I’m a black man with 7 line can only get one bowl, but this white lady get 2 bowl easy.

This was undeniably the best and most hassle-free experience I've ever had at T-Mobile (and I've been with T-Mobile for what feels like forever). I visited because my phone had been lost or stolen the day before, and I wasn't sure about my options. Dom and his manager (regrettably, I didn't catch her name, but she was fantastic) were incredibly helpful. They ensured I got the best deal on a new iPhone, along with a case, screen protector, and other accessories. Until yesterday, I didn't realize a positive experience with a cell phone provider was possible. Thanks, Dominic!

I signed up with T-Mobile about a year ago and it's been pretty good until a few months ago. I use to get emails and text reminders of bill due dates but for some reason it stopped. So I have now gotten 2 " disconnect service " notices , which is on me. I take responsibility for that. But what was shocking to me is that I was charged $40,00 for overdue bill . That's a lot !!! So, it seems I may need to start shopping for another carrier .

I've been a loyal customer to ATT for over a decade. I'm tired of the poor service and extra charges. Made the change to T mobile today. Hoping for better service moving forward. Ian was the rep that assisted me. He was very professional and it was a quick and easy process to keep my number and transfer my account.

Poulad helped resolve the issue with my phone and it didn't take long. He was very helpful and friendly, very chill, great customer service, he's a peoples person, and has a great personality. I really recommend this T-mobile on K & 7th. Poulad is the best rep that I have come across so far. Overall this place is very welcoming, and I recommend it. Thank you Poulad for helping me resolve my phone issue, you're the best!

I had a warranty clam on a Samsung cell phone. They're handled the exchange and data transfer from my old phone to the new phone fast and efficiently, in a short period of time. Fast friendly service

Thank goodness for T-Mobile downtown in DOCO. My phone froze and I could not power off or anything. No one could help, and I could not access my Kings ticket. Regardless of the busy activity in the store, and that I am not a T-Mobile customer, Poulad and Maurice took the time to assist and fix my problem. Derrick was also trying to assist before Poulad worked his miracle, but had to assist another customer. If my son no longer pays for my phone service. I am switching over to T-Mobile on K Street because of the excellent care they provided. Please make sure you keep these outstanding gentlemen for their excellent service and thank them personally.
