So I know that the manager and the newer gentleman. Not mentioning any names. Were very upset with me in my boyfriend. To the time we were trying to explain our situation and get phones. Whatnot? This was a very, very stressful situation. I will never go back to again. The experience they told us we wasted their time. We were there 3 hours no, actually 3 and a 1/2 hours. We wasted their time what not they did help in the beginning, but in towards the end they got first rated instead of some things that were unprofessional so. Goodbye t mobile on arden way

I would give zero stars if possible! This TMobile store sold me what was supposed to be a brand new IPhone 13 that come to find out has fake parts inside and they refuse to exchange my phone! I took it to Apple since I have Apple care, and they denied my coverage because they said whoever I bought the phone from sold me a fake Apple in other words smh! Fake parts and missing parts were found during the inspection, and now TMobile wants me to pay a deductible to replace it! On my way to see my attorney!

Please don’t get Tmobile. I have been a customer for 10 years. I finally decided to leave after so many issues with them. When I came to cancel they charged me for 2 months of services after I cancelled. They didn’t want to refund me my money. They also charged me crazy amount of fees. Please go elsewhere

I really hate doing this! But if you go here do not get help from Brandon! I bought an iPhone 14 and when starting the transfer of information to the new phone he tells me that the passcode I entered is wrong and that I need to go to the Apple Store and get it unlocked because there was nothing they could do!!Like I didn’t even leave the store my information was not even in the pones phone yet this was just to start the process! Horrible!

Called to check inventory on a phone. Was our on hold and told they had it. Immediately went in and spent 30 mins getting upsold accessories and watches before they confessed they didn't have it but maybe the 2nd TMobile upstairs had it in stock. The other TMobile did not and said it's fairly common this store fakes inventory checks to get people in store. Absolutely terrible experience.

Follow up service is a bit debatable. They like to sell and send you on your way. It was a pretty straight forward experience, but there were billing questions that left me wondering about ethics and left me wondering what other options there may be. I worked with one that was good for setting up the accounts. He was arrogant though, but he got it done and was nice to give me an insider discount -though it has taken three-billing cycles to see it home. Other questions about rebates were shoveled under the carpet through sending me to the 611 on my phone. It’s all a bit complicated for the simple-minded, but you should check your bill monthly. Make a change to your account and who knows if the same codes remain. It’s not to be trusted. The experience overall that is. That is why I rate one star.

SALES DEPARTMENT FRAUDULENT!!!, CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT FRAUDULENT. Major accounting issues with TMobile. Do not turn in your phone from mail like they requested. They lost the Phone and charged me! Also, purchasing a new phone, the salesman on phone lied saying on recorded line that all I pay is tax and 50 a month. Got off phone they charged the card the full 1800 for the Fold. Now it has take. 6 months and still waiting on management approval. I will have to bring a lawyer into this because Tmobile has made it too complicated and keeps prolonging the return. They also have admit ful fault. They are a mess guys. It seems like they are trying to get the money back by saying they lost the old returned phone.
