I had a great experience with Kayla. She was kind and patient and caring. She didn’t make a Commission. I didn’t buy anything from her but she set up my new iPad and I left a very happy customer. Your C.E.O. Was notified regarding my experience because he needed to know that he does have some excellent employees. Thank You again Kayla you are a true gem.

Customer service in this store is awful! The store in my area would at least offer to put a phone on hold for a customer that is just 10 minutes past your “time your allowed to activate a phone” especially if they have been in more than 2ice to get the issue resolved! Addy should have had some better customer service skills to be able to ensure that customers that come in are able to have some kind of resolution. Poor job addy and if its your supervisors rules then your supervisor should be replaced! I would never have this kind of issue with the customer service at the store in my area! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AND IF IT GAVE ME AN OPTION FOR 0 STARS I WOULD!

It was one of the rudest saleswoman ever seen in this location and this T-Mobile store. Bad experience. She was not happy that we had interrupted her makeup time. Please avoid this location.

Trinity went above and beyond. I have been with T-Mobile for 10 years or so and I have never had any problems but Trinity is super awesome.

Warning about dishonest practices at T-Mobile! I removed my mother's line shortly after she suddenly died two years ago. However, I found out yesterday T-Mobile had still been charging for the line on my autopay. (Grief and autopay made it difficult to recognize this overcharge.) I was horrified they could take advantage of my mother's death and demanded a refund as they could clearly see the line has not been used for two years. However, they refuse to reimburse me for their error - Instead they have offered a one year credit (for two years of no service??). I refuse to do business with such a disrespectful company and have taken my four family phones to another provider.

Arrived when they open at 10. Wonderful customer service. Parking might be tricky later in the day as a parking lot is shared. Customer service representative apprised us of special offers. Spacious. I saw plenty of product for sale.

Had a very good experience at this store getting an upgrade for my old phone. Everything transferred smoothly, the clerk was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Got charged for service I didn't know I had and could not get money back for a deposit on a phone u didnt even purchase or anyone to help. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Xiaver does not know what he is doing and just walked out in the middle of helping. Then someone else comes to help and 10 mins later says he's off. On top of that the manager is too lazy to come out the back. WOW Never again. The customer service Amy over the phone was the only one helpful. Shout out to her!But if I could give a zero I would.

Honestly the customer service at this store is SO terrible. If you value your sanity please just go to a different store if. I've been here multiple times and it's bad 9/10 times, but today was especially infuriating because they wasted my time, energy, and money (gas is $5.79 today y'all) and it was just one of those experiences that leaves you so irritated and wishing you hadn't even gone in to that establishment. It's finally payday so I went to upgrade my phone. It wasn't a long wait. He (customer service rep) asks why I came in today, and I tell him that I want to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 15. He asks my name which I give him and he immediately responds "uh oh". Anxiety hit, "uh oh what??" My paranoid self thinks. Turns out that even though I DEFINITELY changed my name on my account previously and I have DEFINITELY upgraded my daughter's phone using the same exact ID in the same exact store only 1 month prior, today it didn't match annoying but whatever maybe just a system error. I tell him I'm going to drive home to get my marriage license and he (brilliantly) suggests I call 611 and ask them to add myself as an authorized user to my own account. This would save me a lot of time and gas, so I decided to do that....basically as soon as I initiate the call he starts trying to upsell me on iPhone accessories--I can't even hear the automated prompts but the automated prompts can hear him! "I'm sorry, I didn't catch that. How can I help you today?" It responds in my ear. I respond to his question, "No I'm fine thank you". T-Mobile overcharges for their accessories so I always buy off Amazon. *Refuse* to buy in store. "I'm sorry, I didn't understand your request. How can I help you today?" Automated lady replies "But are you sure? You get free screen replacement for life if you buy from here (he goes on)" Robot lady hears him again and says something that I can't hear through the chaos, and honestly my mind is overwhelmed at this point so I just spit out, "let me think about it" to which the lady bot responds, "Thank you for calling. Goodbye!" Double annoying and this time for sure his fault lol. He goes away. I call 611 back to find out they have a 30 min wait time so I figured I'd just go home and get my papers since I could be back to the store in 20. Double annoying but also not his fault. So, I'm thinking, "I'm nOT gOnNa lET tHeM rUIn mY dAY" (((spoiler alert: they ruined my day)). Let me point out here that at no point during this conversation did he mention that any additional purchases were *required* (triple annoying, T-Mobile now has 2 strikes. I'm absolutely keeping count today, this is an important day ) I drive all the way back to my house ($$time$$) I drive all the way back to this T-Mobile ($$energy$$) and I sit down. Now there's a wait. "Whatever" I tell myself. "It's worth the wait" I tell myself. "I'm getting my phone" I tell myself. A woman helps me this time. She walks me to the little white table and I tell her "I want to upgrade my phone" She responds, "which phone are you thinking?" I say, "the iPhone 15" At which point she goes, "well because it's in such short stock, you're required to purchase 2 additional accessories and a phone screen with it" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? THIS WASN'T WORTH MENTIONING BEFOFE I MADE 1.5 ROUND TRIPS AND HOMEBOY HAD ME ON THE MERRY GO ROUND OF A CONVERSATION?!! But I'm an adult so I kept my sh*t together as squeezed out an, "oh my god never mind" because it's a matter of *principal* at this point So that's all. If you value your sanity, avoid this place at all costs.

Popped in because my elderly mother wanted to switch from the hell that is AT&T. We were greeted at the door. The clerk was knowledgeable. They didn't have the phone she wanted so the clerk ordered it to be delivered to her house. She said to come back in a few days when she received the phone and they would set it up for her. The only really annoying thing about this visit was the personal call the clerk took while sitting at a table and helping us. She could have at least excused herself. When she received her phone we went back and the guy that helped us did a great job. When she couldn't remember her Apple ID password he helped her change it and he went out of his way to make sure everything had transferred to her new phone and she was happy with everything. All in all, a pretty good experience all around for the most part.
