My boyfriend and I came into the store. With a lot of problems we called corporate office. They were a corporate store. The manager there IKA was very professional helpful. Very patient in nice love. The story recommend for everybody same for how avenue arden way maddock bad experience, thank you again, guys.

This place is terrible. They sold me a sim card which doesn't work and they refuse to do a refund. Total scam artists. ////This is a response to the owner who responded to my comment. I emailed you and received no response further showing me your total lack of character and integrity. Please don't do business with this company!

I would like warn everyone not to switch to T-Mobile. An associate particularly at this location lied to me about a free phone with the purchase of a magenta max plan!! As I was switching to Mint Mobile today since I got very sick and tired of the surprise fees I was getting every month on my bill, I found out that I still owed over $600 on the phone and that's why I wasn't able to unlock my phone to complete my switch to Mint Mobile! I did a Google search to see if T-Mobile has a history of this and sure enough, they do!! I'm definitely going to be contacting Better Business Bureau regarding this and in the meantime, I thought I would post this on Google and hope that other people will be smart about checking reviews first unlike I did before switching to T-Mobile!As per my response to the TMOBILE's owners response seen below, I posted a lengthy review about how I was scammed put of $600 for a phone and that's really all you have to say?? You really owe an apology for your lack of honesty, integrity and transparency! To think that you also have the audacity to ask someone to give a second chance to a company that not only lied to me about a free phone, but to many TMOBILE customers according to many articles that can be found online! It really makes me question your character and your empathy for other people!

Catherine is very rude to the associate that was trying to help us. I can tell the associate was new but she didn’t need to have an attitude. She looks like she was unhappy to be at work.We inquired about the 4 lines $25 and 4 new iPhone 14 offer. After seeing how she treats her peer why would we want to do business with such unprofessional person. This review has no reflection on the new associate. I can tell she was trying hard to learn and was trying to help us with a smile. Good Luck to T-Mobile trying to grow their business having such bad manner people working for them.

3 years back T-mobile phone service was awesome until after the merged with Sprint and than Tmobile phone service went to shiet. Even in the big city in most places would have dead zone like the mall and movie theater. It's so embarrassing to have Tmobile as a phone service.

The Hispanic girl with a black mark on her face should be fired. I went for a possible upgrade to my current iPhone 12, when she saw that there was a little crack on the back she immediately said that "I won't be able to update my phone". When policy says that your phone can have a little crack as long as BOTH cameras and the flashlight is working. When I did a little research and call the store again I was able to talk to someone else and they helped me with the process.

Went to this store today, looking celfone to replace my other fone who had lost last night. And some as"""le did not even care to return it. I kept calling and calling and instead they just turned it off. I was glad when I walk in to this store I was greeted this man name IKE, he is very warm friendly and kind. Who gave us advice on what to do and guide us the process. I am so grateful for this guy. If you happen to look for fone. Go this location and look for this wonderful Guy. .
