I went in on 10/25 to see if I was eligible to upgrade my phones, I was told by Lucy that if I switched my $187 plan from sprint to T-mobile my new plan would be $255 (including the "free" phones) to my surprise when I received my bill it was $520 because she backdated my bill a whole month for no reason. She didn't even know why she did that her excuse was she got confused. After being told numerous times that she was going to get them (611) to fix my bill a month later I went in on 11/30 because my bill was still $364 (over $100 more than what I was quoted) she told me to come back the next day to talk to her manager. On 12/1 her manager Manny told me that they are not going to be able to fix my bill after all and now I'm stuck with a $364 bill for 24 months, basically I was tricked to change my plan and misinformed and there's nothing they can do to rectify this. I have also called the 611 and apparently they can't do anything either. Be careful when making any changes to your account because they don't know what they are doing and they will screw you over.

There was a long line and only two employees. One of customers got out of hand verbally complaining about the line and not wanting to wait. But totally happy with Wi-Fi I purchased.

I want to T-Mobile on Saturday I spoke with the manager Manny and I let him know that my phone was stolen and just have the service turned off so I thought he did .But he didn't. And the reason how I found out is that I internet for 2 weeks for free since I was a TMobile phone to see if I like it. I didn't know when I started internet so I asked him and he told me that I had the beginning of November to cancel services. So I found my paperwork and found out that I was one day over . So I went back up there and talked to a employee and there were helpful . But I did let Manny know that he didn't do his job and I was upset. The employees are great but not the manager Manny. I will never go back there again.

Came in about 12:15pm to request a simple upgrade for a phone. There were 4 staff members, 3 customers being helped, and 4 customers ahead of me in line. Every other T-Mobile I've gone to they typically get through their customers pretty fast. I stayed for 45 mins and watched one staff member inventory phone cases then look everyone in the eye while he walked out for lunch, two staff members helping one customer do nothing, and another staff spend 20 mins offering to upsell an elderly customer on everything under the sun. All this while more customers were coming in. I left with still 3 customers ahead of me in line. I like my T-Mobile service but would NEVER come back to this location again.

I don’t know what they do but I got a upgrade for my wife phone from a 13 to a 14pro and the phone didn’t work thay sent me to Apple Store to get it fixed but it wasn’t the phone they exchange it after changing me 549 for a bill that I had gotten I paid that got the new phone and still didn’t work went to a different store and got the 13 and turned it on do u know it still doesn’t work

The staff was not friendly at all. Staring at us like we came new to the city. I asked for the plans. However, the lady was not interested and showed us the Magenta Max plans. I asked her to give us a low-cost plan, but she was doing marketing for the higher price. I bought the Essential plan from a different store with free phones.

Don't join T Mobile. They will charge you cancel fee. These guy's will say no fee but just wait until you cancel. They will lied that the service was on this date and this date. If you do not pay the fee, they will send it to collection. it's fraudulent T Mobile is doing. I warn you all, do not join or switch to T Mobile. Don't believe me? Just go to BBB, search T Mobile... 1000 reviews the same issue. I repeat. DO NOT USE T-Mobile SERVICE! You will regret it!!!! Stay Clear Away. Go Cricket! AT&T cheaper and faster.

I gotta say i was super livid at the results of getting my screen protector put on smh bubbles everywere and i couldnt even put my case back on it was so crooked but wen my bro inlaw took it back for me to get fixed (benny) made no excuses was in and out 5 min s*** looks flawless now thank you for the awesome customer service (benny)

This review is for the Isaiah in particular who provided me with an excellent customer experience. About a week I came in on a Sunday with an emergency and a phone that I was no longer able to access. Isaiah greeted me at the door, actively listened to my problem, and then proceeded to honestly inform that they were limited in their ability to assist me at his physical location. At first I was distraught because saying my sense of direction is poor is an understatement. However Isaiah assured me the next location would be able to help, gave me EXCELLENT detailed directions, and even told me what they needed to do for me to set up my next device once I arrived at the next location. Isaiah's directions were SPOT ON and his information about what to expect while moving over to a new device as a Sprint/TMobile customer really prepared me. Thank you Isaiah! You definitely deserve this praise and I hope your employer realizes how much of an asset you are.

This was the second location we went to excellent service with all the transactions but the most important thing was that Benny was great with all the relevant information and products before deciding to sign up with T-mobile were the other place wasn't as knowledgeable about there products only hope that the service is as good
