This is a great location for a T-mobile Store. Staff is very pleasant, and helpful. They're confident with 5 stars services they provide. I will continue to keep this location as my goto T-mobile store.

There's a young man name Gabriel working he work with me for quite a while he taught me a lot about cell phones. Gabriel answered all my questions and informed me of a lot of information that I did not know about cell phones. I decided to get a new cell phone and his opinion is extremely valuable. Thank you , Gabriel.

Had an appt to switch out Sim Card as I still had the old Sprint one in and my phone was lagging. Ali was awesome. She switched out the SIM card. Was in and out of there in about 10 mins. Fast, friendly, great customer service!!!

I was helped out by Delmont when I came to by a phone for my mother in law. Delmont catered to everyone one of my requests and his staff was very nice since then anytime my mother in law has gone back in.Great customer service

Andrew replaced my screen protector. When the first one didn't take, he ordered a second one, calling me when it was delivered to save me an unnecessary trip. He was very careful and detailed. Exemplary customer service.

Been going to get new iPhone generation every year can’t wait to go in today and get the 12 there hands down so sweet and nice they honestly get you what you need and there like a family i couldn’t do it without them.

Omg. I Have never seen such a rude girls like at this store. The girls were really rude as if I was buying stuff out for their pocket. It seem like they didn’t really wanted to sell their products. Never going at this location.

I had complications with my Sprint Line being suspended during this Covid Pandemic. not being able to resolve the issue due all the sprint shops being closed, I've decided to open lines with T-Mobile at this shop and the guy Iman or Aman or Amar. Forgot his name but the other staff refer to him as the Indian guy, Made my visit and impression of T-Mobile a Nightmare. We were set up outside in about 80 degrees weather (they didn't allow customers inside which was understandable). My experience opening a line was just horrible. HE NEEDS MORE TRAINING !!!! Fire the whole dude as he lied to us. He started off with telling me my 5 lines I pay at sprint was high, but yet here I am paying more for 4 lines. He told me repeatedly how we get free tablets "only T-Mobile customers get these(cheap off brands tabs)" (WE KNEW nothing comes free) and he kept insisting to us it was free along with data !! We knew it was too good to be true when he said data was free and kept asking about it and we did say we didn't care for it...We are apple users, as we purchase 3 new iPhones that day and he kept throwing the cheap tablets at us telling us it was free. He emailed me a contract to sign, as I was going over it I was asking what does this mean and he proceed to tell me it's nothing... And there was so much more to it than I can type. We asked about the pricing, and he gave us some Bulls#it . We came home I looked at my bill online since he only gave us one sheet of our receipt , and I saw that things were not right. The shop was closed so I literally went there the next day and express my concerns and he brushed them off saying give it time, we gotta wait ... etc.. come along this weekend I went to talk to the manager and he told me straight up data wouldve never been free and he would waived the restocking fee if what I'm saying is true. He told me to come back tomorrow. I came back the very next day and he wasn't there and I was told He wasn't able to waive the restocking fee ($100) for some bull**** I didn't want at all in the first place. On top of that the worker ensure he would helped switch the credit from switching to T-Mobile .. and yet nothing had been done neither. It sucks because we're not the type to get crazy or cause a scene but we simply got effed over; what's worse is how they took advantage of one during this horrible time. Had we not have to be serviced outside the shop in this summer like temperature and had we not been patient and understanding to the workers who we thought were angels working during this pandemic, maybe this would not have happen. But serious Eff that dude, we literally asked so many times and basically got told we're liars. There was a lot more that came out of the workers mouth that was not right such as his knowledge about the phone plans & pricing. he threw random numbers at us when we ask. He was very inconsistent. The manager Mel who spoke to me the next day did her best to help.

I came in with some technical difficulties and the staff was very helpful to assist me. Most definitely coming back again.
