The boys at 1300 Howe are the best Taco Bell around with the quickest hands west of the Mississippi. They cranked out 6 value boxes in 30 seconds.

Went through the drive thru and did not receive a receipt. Was over charged for the items I purchased. When I realized it I contacted the store but they would not help because I didn't get a receipt. The overcharge was less than $2 and they were unwilling to do anything about it. Will never visit this location again.

I knew this visit was going to be bad when the cashier slowly dragged his way over to the register while proclaiming, "I so don't wanna be here! I wanna go home!!". He made a half-attempt to take our order while talking to himself and failing miserably. After which, he then attempted some subpar small talk while trying to make me feel guilty/stupid for disregarding the upcoming Valentine's Day. To no one's surprise, all of our order was either wrong or had something wrong with it, except for the two regular crunchy tacos. All of the food items were mushy and not fresh.Owners/Managers need to vet applicants better.

Been trying to call and contact this location for days, we were missing almost half our order and no one has reached out and I have not been able to talk to a manager at all. All I am asking is for a replacement items or a refund but not it’s been three days with no contact. Will not be choosing this location again and I recommend no one else does either

Came in to order a simple deluxe box and had burnt stale chalupa. Messed up 3 peoples orders before mine, and still messed my order. Waited about 15 mins for my food, quality service did not get any of that. Sad that a whole bunch of high school kids work there. I would never go here again. Absolute poor service with poor food quality. Ruined it for me and everyone.

I ordered 2 2 pack of the delight doughnuts And I pulled up to the window and then gave me a bag and I paid for 2 2 packs and I drove off and when I opened up the bag there was only 2 doughnuts in there so I turned around immediately and I went back to the drive through line and I was very nice about it and then let them know there was only at 2 in the bag and I waited Patiently in line and when I got to the window the employee Told me that there was 4 in there And I said no and she handed me a bag of 2 more but and I said thank you and she slammed the window. I didn't really appreciate it feeling like they insinuated I ate 2 and came back and lied about it because that's not what happened at all and I don't appreciate that they were making me feel that way.

The lady who was working the drive thru was very polite and helpful and .She took our order and everything thing was accounted for ,Nothing was forgotten as it usually tends to be .I Personally feel she should get a raise and a promotion..

Worst location ever. If you’re closing because of an emergency or staff shortage but there’s still an employee there, TURN THE LIGHTS OFF AND BLOCK THE DRIVE THRU WITH A CONE TO STOP PEOPLE FROM ENTERING. Your employees have no sense of logic and the manager was sitting there, hearing everything and did not care at all. Turn off your online ordering, put signs up, put cones out. If you don’t have enough employees then why are you guys still sitting there eating food??? Complete embarrassment. People need to get so many refunds now from the app and from DoorDash, Uber Eats, and other food apps.
