This is my favorite Taco Bell in the area, I go out of my way to come to this location. The manager here is so kind to my disabled clients who come in with me for lunch. They take a little bit longer to order and she is so incredibly helpful respectful and patient with them. Their food is better quality to me and always tastes fresher. I will continue to come to this location out of all of my other options in the area

Best Taco Bell in Sacramento! I love when “Tremaine B” and her night partner are working because; they make your order right, food is always hot & fresh & their location is always clean!!! I drive 15minutes to this location (1x a week) even though I live 1min from another Taco Bell.

I don't like walking into a place and after waiting 5 minutes I'm told they don't take orders at all and that I have to use a touch screen monitor and do it myself. So the food is more expensive, the employees want more money and I have to do they're job for them. I'll go somewhere

The new kiosk really helped with the experience. I could personalize my order and it was quick and efficient. The food took about 7 minutes to be ready, but keep in mind that it was three box orders. The service was respectful and the ambiance was relaxed.

I paid 8 dollars for two cold chicken chipotle burritos with barely a one little rectangular sad piece of chicken inside. I didn't return them because I was in my 30 min break time, so I had to eat them cold like that and get back to work. But I will start looking for somewhere else to drop my money or bring food from home if I have to eat it cold then there is no much difference

Kind and caring people that gave me cold tacos and a stale Chalupa. I was hoping for better quality but at 10:45 I guess you get what you get.

I know being in the digital age not everyone wants to deal with people. I get it. Taco Bell took it to a new level. I just left my chiropractor appointment got my neck cracked feeling hungry instead of going to McDonald's as my usual instead I went to Taco Bell. I would tell you about the service but their wasn't any I was there for 10 minutes and couldn't get a hi or welcome in. An elder woman who works there even walked up to the counter didn't even look in my direction her head stayed down the whole time. She might have been clocking out don't know but she could have at least said how can I help you or let me get someone to help you but nope she just walked away. After 10 minutes of waiting someone I think is a manager came out and said are you ready to pay I politely told her no I don't even wanna order since no one bothered to acknowledge my presence there let alone take my order. The employee or manager proceeds to tell me they don't take orders it's done on the kiosk I was like for real okay is there a sign. I give it to them they did have a small sign on one part of the counter which I didn't see so I couldn't get mad at them. I should have looked down looked around look for the sign but who looks for a sign when going to a fast food place that's my fault obviously. No they should have that sign on the door saying use the kiosk machine when you come in this establishment . Like I said they do not do customer service or acknowledge their customers at Taco Bell at least not at this particular one I'm not a big Taco Bell person maybe they all don't do customer service don't know I might have to try another one. They don't even acknowledge their customers being in the building. Maybe too many sodas in the face I get it I work in a place where I get threatened by my customers too but I still provide excellent customer service at least at least I acknowledge my customers. A basic hi would do or a welcome in then point me to the kiosk or have a sign on the door I don't know. I'm just saying if you going to have a kiosk machine have a sign on the outside door so it's the first thing people will see and if they still walk past and their waiting at least provide basic customer service and acknowledge them. because not everybody going to know when walking in a fast food joint that they are not going to get any help by physical person. All in all the manager of the person who did talk to me she was polite the building was clean spectacularly probably cuz they stop doing customer service so people stop going inside the establishment drive through only. I'm not going to go about the bathrooms cuz I didn't go inside one. Just for future reference if anybody reads this don't expect customer service it's overrated. I do apologize that last part is just me being petty and that's it.

I have been working here for a couple of weeks. When I first started I had customers telling me that they are appreciative of me due to the fact of people being rude and nasty to them. That should have been a sign for me. But as I am a young mom with a 1 year old that needs to Support her child and family I totally ignored all the signs. I have decided to quit immediately on 9/25/23 due to an assistant manager who's been consistently being rude and disrespectful especially to the younger kids who are working here. She always has an nasty attitude at work and is always being rude to customers. She is a whole bully and doesn't like when people address her for being rude. I have talked to the head manager Margo who has swept these issues under the rug multiple times. She never answers her phone when I've tried to get into contact with her. I really do feel bad for the people who work their because they all say they have talked to Margo about this woman and nothing has been done. I myself am speaking out about this because NO ONE deserves to get treated the way she's been treating everyone. It makes the franchise look terrible. I've felt unsafe and uncomfortable here and after last night at 11:09 pm that was the last straw for me. I called Margo the store manager this morning and I told her I need my last check, she told me it wouldn't be ready for the next 3 days and asked me what happened. I told Margo what was going on (BEEN TOLD HER) and she basically just brushed it off again. I hope you guys take your money elsewhere because they don't care about their customers and employees AT ALL.
