He is focused, works hard, polite and explains what he did and asks if I noticed anything that needs his attetion since his last visit. We we're having lots of ants around our house back October of this year .So we called Terminx & they came out sprayed around our property & even cleared all of our cobwebs. Thank you for a great job .

The social media team from Terminix sent me a private message. They asked me to screenshot my Yelp review and forward it to them. I assumed their social media team was like other national social media teams; they were going to take care of my grievances at the corporate level, but I was wrong! I complied with their request and emailed screenshots of the previous Yelp review. They were kind enough to tell me that they forwarded my email to the local management office for resolution. This makes absolutely no sense; I post on a public forum about the ongoing issues, even with management, that I'm having with your organization, and all you do is continue to forward my grievances to a group of people that have made it abundantly clear, they cannot, or will not manage themselves and the local technicians?I texted another Manager yesterday and even a point person in the local scheduling office. The point person in the local scheduling office assured me that my banking information was removed from my account and that I would not be debited for any charge. I have a text message from this individual. The Manager, unfortunately, never called me back or communicated with me at all.This morning I woke up to an email from Terminix that said my account had been charged again! I called the Terminix 800 number that was listed on this email confirming that I had been charged again. I spoke to a nice gentleman who said my refund is being processed and it will take 3 to 5 business days before it shows up with the money back in my account. I asked him if he processed the refund and he said he did not. He said the request went to the local office for the management team to handle!!!!!!! Corporate Terminix has done an awful and horrible job of tying the customers hands and not handling anything at the corporate level! The fact that every decision for the customer that impacts the customer, even in an adverse way, has to be handled by the local management team that cannot, and will not do their job is despicable!!!!!!!Corporate Terminix needs to get involved when issues like this continue to be ignored by the customer but apparently they don't care.

Terminex provided excellent service. They came out quickly. The technician listened to out concerns and explained the process. Since the initial visit they have checked in a few times to see if we need additional free visits before our next scheduled visit.We are very happy to feel big free and go into winter without our usual ant problem.Services: General pest inspection

Hello Mr. PontonI'm sorry to bother you with this but your managers will not return our phone calls. In August of last year your company came to La Porte, CA on two occasions and performed exclusion, set mouse traps (did not bait them) and sprayed all of the facilities we manage. In December one of your employees came to La Porte and according to your dispatcher, was here for 9 minutes and charged us $500.00. There are two things we find incredible about this. First, 500 dollars worth of work was done in 9 minutes and second, the hotel was encased in snow. It was not accessible!!We have on numerous occasions contacted the local Terminix and requested to talk with a manager. Customer service lets us know each time of your companies protocol of taking customers information and forwarding it to managers who will call us when they get around to it. Since December your managers have not gotten around to calling us back.After the second visit, we requested that we be provided with invoices for each visit. I got tired of battling ants in my house and hornets in the yard. Since I started using Terminix, years ago, I have never had major pest issues. The times I have seen pests, I call and our technician comes out as soon as possible.

Paid them to service my office. They stated they came out by the cameras show no one servicing the complex. I get different answers from each person I speak to. Don't do business with this company
