My experience touring the crossings was great. The staff was really kind, and Abby stood out, she was super helpful throughout the whole process and seems like a fantastic employee!

When I moved in I was really nervous about the whole move in process, where everything was, being new to everything but my tour guide Abby was so easy to talk to, she made me feel immediately comfortable. She was really patient with my questions and even mentioned stuff I could involve myself on campus. She definitely made the final conclusion in my head to move in here!

My daughter’s scooter was stolen last night from the actual hallway, the scooter was attached to the racks with a lock. This was on the actual hallway from her room. The staff at the office are not able to do anything unless there is a police report.
Does that mean that the own residents are stealing other people’s stuff? Are random people coming inside the building ? Really insecure at this point, she has only been there this semester and already dealing with theft problems.

You are asking if there is anything else you could do??
You haven’t done anything..
we have to have a police report in order for you to look at the videos.?? Keep in mind that this happened inside the actual floor building.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would… the absolute WORST place to live. Actual hell on earth… they will dismiss any complaints even if you call to report domestic violence. You could be dead tomorrow and they wouldn’t care but hey they will collect your rent money on time!

International Students, Don’t Choose The Crossings! There Are Better, Supportive Options Out There.
I’m changing my review of this apartment after an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. The staff constantly miscommunicates and lacks professionalism. I renewed my lease after switching units due to a roommate conflict and was assured multiple times by the leasing office that everything was fine and I didn’t need to re-sign anything. I even visited the office three times to confirm.
But on the evening of July 31, a staff member showed up at my door and told me I had to move out immediately because my lease “wasn’t renewed.” I tried to explain, but they refused to listen. I was left packing all my belongings that night, in a panic, with help from two friends. Only after most of my things were packed and gone did they suddenly allow me to stay overnight, but warned me I’d be charged another month and had to return the keys by noon.
In the morning, they apologized and let me re-sign, but the emotional toll had already been taken. Is an apology enough to cover the mental stress, anxiety, and financial impact, especially when you're an international student with no local support system? I couldn’t go to work the next day, lost income, and had no access to my clothes or food supplies, which had already been moved to another city.
The staff involved still haven’t been held accountable, despite my request. International students deserve better. There are many other apartments in town that are truly supportive and understanding, The Crossings is not one of them.

worst apartments to rent, DO NOT move in here unless you want a horrible experience. elevator is always broken, halls are always dirty and stink, office employees are rude and unprofessional, hidden fees, overpriced parking or have to park on the street where your car is not safe. these apartments are not worth the price whatsoever, you will have to deal with homeless people coming in and out of the apartments due to the doors being unlocked at all hours and sometimes the parking lot gates are even broken. you’re better off moving into a surrounding complex.

This place is horrible do not even deserve a star. I have been trying to get a hold of them for the last weeks regarding extra charges on my daughter’s account, sent email with many questions I have and they only respond to one question. Every time I called it go straight to stupid AI robot. I have been super exhausted dealing with this place and my daughter hasn’t even move in yet. Save your a headache and do not rent through this place. So many extra charges. Whoever is the manager at this job must not be doing their job because no one ever answer the phone. This place doesn’t deserve a star more like a zero. Not helpful at all and how is this student living when can’t get a hold of anyone!

This place is terrible.Always smells like weed and don’t be surprised if you get roommates who smoke. The hallways always smell like urine since they have carpeting and people let their dogs go to the bathroom anywhere. There is always people yelling and screaming at night in the parking lot. Homeless people are always hanging around outside the gate and on the street and even in the “gated” parking lot. Don’t get swayed by the cheap bedroom/dorm situation, it’s not worth it.
