While we ultimately decided to go with a different apartment complex, Josh was incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions and making sure that we felt comfortable. Thank you for all of your help!

The staff was extremely helpful and made sure to ask all the right questions to ensure I find the right apartment. The apartments are modern with upgraded appliances. They even have washer and dryer included in apartment. The fitness center has everything you need for a full workout. Overall, The Landing at College Square is a good choice for the area.

The location of the property is unbeatable, offering easy access to 99 and the convenience of having a grocery store right across the street. It's the perfect spot for anyone constantly on the go. The staff has been extremely helpful as well.

The team at The Landing has been doing a great job in assisting with the unfortunate situation mentioned in other reviews(homeless). Management has kept us informed of steps they were taking to address the situation of the homeless. They have now moved away from the property. Thank you to Silvia for being so caring and helpful.

I love this property. Silvia in the office is an amazing person, very kind and straight forward. She also is very helpful and seems to be on top of things. The location of the property is very ideal. It’s close to tons of stores and pretty much right off the freeway. Also this place has tons of amenities. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else until becoming a home owner.

Hi I moved here In September of 2023 and had made contact with Khatira in the main office. I found her to be very respectful and helpful with processing our application. Each time I have had to contact the main office she was there and made sure my concerns were taken care of. She is a grateful and a nice person. She was made my move in pleasant. I also am very satisfied with the maintenance crew as they are very respectful when coming to do maintenance. Overall I and my husband are very happy here at the landing college apartments.

I'm very happy with where I have"Landed"! It was a hard adjustment for me, however I love it here, it's quiet, clean and the management, and maintenance team are thoughtful and professional.

Our tour guide Khatira didn’t seem like she cared. My husband toured this place first without me and he had Khatira and she did a horrible job. She didn’t show him any amenities like pool, gym, etc and felt rushed. He had such a bad experience but I really wanted to see for myself since I always wanted to live here. We booked another tour but this time for both myself and my husband. We got Khatira again and she was not knowledgeable with simple questions I asked about the unit. When I asked about the internet, she would say “I don’t know”. I really wanted to put an application in because the unit itself is beautiful but we ended up leaving and continued our apartment hunting elsewhere.

Parking is now the biggest problem living here. They turned most of the free parking into reserved for extra income because of greed. How are you going to have 2-3 bedrooms and not accommodate for parking? Also, it has homeless, cockroaches, rats and ants problem that aren’t being taking care of. Every summer, ants invade the apartment and we just can’t seem to get rid of them. Don’t believe the five stars with no review. You’ll regret moving here. Homeless dumpster dive and left trash all over. Even moved the trash bin across the road.

The interior of the apartments is great but location is awful. There are a lot of homeless people in the area that get into the community constantly and dig through trash. Management also failed to tell us that our soon to be neighbor was a nuisance and constantly up at all hours of the night fighting with people and selling drugs. We had to call police multiple times.

I called to inquire about a one bedroom and spoke with Silvia. She made me feel welcome from the moment I called. She was through with her questions and wanted to find the right apartment for me. We viewed a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was extremely nice and spacious. The location of The Landing at College Square is perfect and is right off the 99. There is a nearby Target and even a grocery store right across the street. I look forward to checking back in when I’m ready for my move.

If I could give a 0 i would, i was a resident here for a year and I never had a problem, but today I went to transfer to another unit and the lady named Khatera treated me so unprofessional and disrespectfully. She yelled at me to get out of “her office” because I simply rolled my eyes at her. Then proceeded to threaten to call the cops and supposedly she said she was the manager, when in fact the manager was not even there. I can’t believe that after a year of loyalty I was treated like this, don’t waste your time coming to these apartments.

Title: Shocking Experience with The Landing at College Square Property ManagementMy experience with The Landing at College Square Property Management has been nothing short of a nightmare. I am deeply disappointed with the way tenants are treated and the stark discrepancy between their promises and reality. To start, the treatment by the woman at the front desk was deplorable. She displayed extreme unprofessionalism, using offensive language and threatening to involve law enforcement when attempts were made to address concerns respectfully. This behavior is entirely unacceptable and unbecoming of someone in a customer-facing role.Furthermore, the commitments made during the contract signing were misleading. The living conditions were far from what was depicted or guaranteed. Maintenance requests were neglected, and crucial amenities were either non-functional or in a perpetual state of disrepair. The promised upkeep of the property was nonexistent, leaving tenants with a subpar living environment. The sense of security, a fundamental need for any resident, was shattered due to lax security measures and a lack of attentiveness to safety concerns. This neglect adds a layer of anxiety and discomfort to the already dissatisfying experience. In summary, The Landing at College Square Property Management has failed to live up to their advertised standards, and their treatment of tenants, unprofessionalism, and broken promises make it impossible to give anything more than a one-star rating. Prospective tenants should proceed with caution and consider other options for a more respectful and reliable living experience.

I recently went to attend an in-person appointment at The Landing College Square apartments. Unfortunately, I encountered a staff member whose behavior left much to be desired. Right from the outset, she did not extend the basic courtesy of asking us to take a seat.I had previously visited the same lady the previous Saturday after making an appointment, only to find that she exhibited the same dismissive behavior. She mentioned being swamped with appointments and unable to accommodate mine. It took some effort to secure another appointment for the following Tuesday, as I was genuinely interested in the apartment based on my online research.Upon my return for the second appointment, her demeanor remained unchanged. She delegated the task to another representative, only to later inform me that she was too occupied with other matters. This led to a considerable delay and added to my overall dissatisfaction. Moreover, during our interaction, she requested ID verification. After providing my own identification, she then asked for my sister's ID. Unfortunately, my sister did not have hers with her, leading to further inconvenience. As if this wasn't enough, she returned after some time and informed me that she was canceling my appointment for the day. This left me understandably frustrated, and I expressed my dismay, questioning how she could cancel my second in-person appointment when I had arrived on time for the second time. She then went to consult her manager, Shantell Moore, who approached me with the same discourteous behavior.I requested the HR number, which she wrote down and handed to me. Additionally, I asked for her visiting card and that of other employees, to which she replied that she didn't have any. This entire experience with on-site management was extremely disappointing. I left the appointment feeling disheartened, as I was unable to view any apartments. Given the circumstances, it's unlikely they'll accept my application, and frankly, I have reservations about residing in a place with such poor management. No matter how well the apartments are constructed, if this level of management is in place, it's unlikely to attract potential tenants.
