I want to express how happy we all were with the food, venue and outstanding service we received at our son and daughter in laws wedding. It was so beautifully decorated and all our quests and vendors shared with us that the food, was delicious and the customer service was fantastic. It rained the day of the wedding and how they organized the venue to make us feel comfortable was impressive. We felt no inconvenience from the rain. We highly recommend The Pavilion at Haggin Oaks for receptions or any business or family gatherings. They are very professional and so welling to please and it will be a memorable time that will forever be in our hearts.

We recently had our Christmas party at the Creekside venue at Haggin Oaks and it was a total success! Nicole, the event coordinator, and everyone else that helped that day, was awesome. The food was good, drinks were flowing and having the opportunity to set up however we liked made the event extra special. The bathrooms were a bit far but maybe it only felt that way because the weather was chilly. We had the dance floor and photo booth outside, as they provided heaters, but maybe having it all inside would have been best. Regardless, many of my coworkers felt like it was one of the most fun Christmas parties our company has had!

Recently attended a celebration of life for a dear one, and I want to thank the staff at Haggin Oaks for their kindness and on point assistance at every step. The food was very good and the bar was well stocked. Great job!

We planned my 40th black-tie birthday event with Nicole and she was exceptional to work with. We had a small party of 60 people, yet she gave just as much time and attention as if it were 300 people. Her staff were awesome and I can't say enough about how great they were. I can honestly say there weren't any really hiccups we had to deal with. She was very easy to work with and communicated great. Everything was absolutely amazing, and everything looked exactly as we had planned and thought of. Thank you again Nicole.

We recently had not only a wedding but also a baby shower at the Pavilion and worked with Nicole. The entire time, Nicole was on board with whatever we requested, super responsive with any and all requests (including a surprise component for my wife) and it went flawlessly all thanks to Nicole and their team. All of our family from out of town mentioned how beautiful of day it was and how great the huge oak tree was. The entire experience was great and would do it again!

Poor customer service. I called the number late to leave a VM so someone can get in contact with me not thinking someone would answer. Someone named Chloe rudely answered the phone in an impolite tone and then was sarcastic when i tried speaking to her. I get it, I called in late, but I didn't know that the phone number attached was routed to her personal cell causing her to be rude. I think this situation could have been handled in a more professional way however thanks to her unprofessionalism & for Chloe ruining my first impression on this venue, I will not be booking my wedding here. The venue is absolutely beautiful but if this Chloe is their manager or part of their staffing? Yeah no thanks!
